Since 2019, The Peat Monster returns to its origins. New look, fans will recognize the design of The Peat Monster 10th Anniversary. It's also a new, simpler recipe to get to the point. Composed this time of two single malts from Islay and a blended malt from the Highlands, this version of Peat Monster is aimed at those seeking the perfect balance between intense peat, minty freshness and aromatic richness.

Such a fascinating Speyside single malt whiskey as one from the house of Benriach would not exist without a traditional and unique production method.

John Duff opened the doors of his new distillery on the site of the old Riach farm in 1898. A building of raw beauty, Benriach draws its water from the mineral-rich aquifer below the site.

A true treasure hidden in the heart of Speyside, Benriach sets itself apart by offering three types of whiskeys - classic unpeated whiskeys, peated Highland whiskeys and tri-distilled whiskeys - and multiple flavors thanks to an eclectic collection of barrels from the four corners of the world.

Artist's Blend is based on a clever mix of malt whiskeys and grain whiskeys, determined by John Glaser. The malt/grain ratio, around 50%/50%, demonstrates the importance given to malt by John in the final recipe. For the choice of single malts, the Northern Highlands were favored for the spring and fruity aromas they brought. In the end, his approach recalls the tradition of vatting dear to Ireland, renowned for its blends with a high proportion of malt or pot still whisky.

Whiskey Royal Brackla 21 Years old single malt highland Scotland 46° 70cl

For more than two centuries, this Scottish sanctuary has woven its history. The Royal Brackla distillery, founded by Captain William Fraser in 1812, stands on fertile farmland in the Cawdor Estate in the Scottish Highlands.
This 21-year-old version was aged in barrels of Olorosso Sherry, Pablo Cortado and Pédro Ximénez.

Amrut Distilleries Private Limited belongs to the NR Jagdale Group, which is one of India's oldest industrial groups based in the city of Bangalore, South India (known as the Silicon Valley of India). Founded by Mr. Radhakrishna Jagdale in 1948.

Neidhal - A word taken from the South Indian Tamil language means a place close to the seaside.

Amrut has launched a new Single Malts of India range to showcase some of India's hidden malts. The first chapter titled Neidhal is a limited release. 

Neidhal is a lightly peated single malt.

Located off the west coast of Scotland, the Isle of Islay is at the mercy of the North Atlantic Ocean, whose violent storms have shaped the landscape for thousands of years.

Patrice Villeger is located in the town of Feuillères in the Somme.
He is above all passionate and is one of the many independent bottlers.
A passion for traditions, craftsmanship and elegance which took him into the world of Whiskeys. From the age of 16, he began his apprenticeship on the Isle of Islay in Scotland. Scotland is fascinating, its infinite landscapes, its indestructible mountains, its incredible myths and legends, its castles with a thousand enigmas, its islands hemmed with storms... make it a country mixing history, legend and dream.

Teaspooning" is the practice of adding a small amount of whiskey from a specific distillery 
(hence the name referring to a teaspoon) to a cask with a distillate from another distillery, which gives 
a blended whisky, which is at 99, 99% of single malt whiskey from a distillery. 

This procedure prevents buyers from bottling these barrels under the official name of the distillery or under the name of 
single malt whiskey. 

Most commonly, the teaspoon is used when selling kegs to independent bottlers 
or to competitors in order to protect a brand and the supply of single malt bottles 
from a specific distillery.

WHISKEY BALLECHIN 10 YEARS HIGHLAND SINGLE MALT SCOTLAND 46 °

Speyside and Highland peat usually gives rise to very dry, even slightly bitter single malts. But at Edradour the very heavy distillate seems to perfectly accommodate this millenary fossil. In the end the Ballechin 10 years is in our opinion one of the few peaty whiskeys that bears comparison with the best Islay. Very smoky, it has the sweetness of Islay's malts and the rich and corpulent style of Edradour from which it comes. We have the privilege to import and distribute exclusively for the French market Ballechin, Edradour and Signatory Vintage since 1988, year of creation of this trading house became cult.
