Igp Pays D'Oc Luxury Calm and Voluptuousness Clos des Centenaires 2020 75cl
Igp Pays D'Oc Luxury Calm and Voluptuousness Clos des Centenaires 2020 75cl

Grape varieties:40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Petit Verdot, 10% Merlot, 10% Syrah

The Clos des Centenaires estate extends over 7 hectares, nestled in the heart of a hill dotted with rolled pebbles typical of the Villafranchiens region. The arrangement of the vines varies depending on their age and the variety cultivated: the young plants are arranged from north to south on a slope facing south-southwest, with a trellising system, while the older vines (Grenache , Syrah and Cinsault) are planted in cups on an east-west oriented slope, thus benefiting from an east-southeast exposure.

Located less than 2 km as the crow flies from the ponds of the Petite Camargue Nature Reserve and less than 20 km from the Mediterranean, our vineyard enjoys a climate of exceptional mildness and regularity. The prevailing winds, such as the Mistral from the north, and the thermal breezes, notably from the south-southwest and the sea breeze, contribute to a remarkable precocity of budburst and to temperate summers. This combination promotes a long period of progressive ripening of the grapes, thus providing ideal conditions for their optimal development.

Grapes: 71% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% SYRAH, 5% Tannat, 4% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot, 2% Pinot Noir, 2% Malbec, 4% Vraités Rares

Towards the end of the 60s, Véronique and Aimé Guibert began a wine-growing adventure
in the footsteps of the monks of the Abbey of Aniane 13 centuries earlier.

They are the first generation and creators of the current Mas de Daumas Gassac estate. Véronique Guibert de la Vaissiere is an ethnologist, specialist in myths and traditions in Celtic Ireland. Originally from Aveyron, Aimé Guibert comes from an old Millavoise family of glove makers and tanners.

The management of the estate and the vinifications were then passed on to the second generation made up of Samuel, Gaël, Amélien, Roman and Basile. Today they guarantee the values of respect for their "mother nature" and the primacy of the expression of the terroir, the foundations of the estate's wines since its creation.

LA BUTINIRE LIMOUX CHARDONNAY 2022 ANNE DE JOYEUSE 75CL

Cépages: Chardonnay

“La Butinière Chardonnay” is the selection of the best plots.
To the west, the oceanic influence and its clay-limestone terraces bring elegance. In the North-East, the dominant Mediterranean and its clay-silty soils give the fruit, the power.
To the south, the Haute Vallée de l'Aude and its Pyrenean climate transmits its freshness.
These exceptional conditions combined with meticulous work and low yields make it possible to obtain the best grapes.

All the grapes are harvested by hand, sorted on belts to press only the best grapes. The must is then placed in French oak barrels to complete its fermentation. Daily stirring will “feed” the wine. It will then be aged in barrels for 8 to 9 months.

IGP HERAULT MOULIN DE GASSAC WHITE FAUNA 2021 75CL

Igp Hérault Moulin de Gassac Blanc Faune 2023 75CL

Grapes: Viognier-Chardonnay

At the start of the 90s, the Guibert family took on a new challenge: to create a collection of more accessible wines. The accidental discovery of great terroirs on the Villeveyrac amphitheater site in the Hérault, will give rise to a unique partnership with the winegrowers of the Villeveyrac cellar, a partnership that continues today. Therefore, the Mas de Daumas Gassac affirms the requirement of a signature: Moulin de Gassac. This family of wines was created in 1991 , the result of plot selection involving around thirty winegrowers.

For more than 30 years, the authentic production approach has never ceased to drive the search for quality in this vineyard. On 250 hectares, all the plots are subject to a Specifications ambitious: selection of vines according to terroir, low yields, vinification by plot in dedicated vats, 100% of vines in mating confusion (this biological control having led to the complete cessation of treatments against grape worm in Villeveyrac), etc.

FLEUR DES COTEAUX WINE OF FRANCE SWEET THE VINEYARDS OF QUERCY

Grapes
: 100% muscat from Hamburg

winemaking : After maceration for a few hours, the vat is "bleeding". The vinification is then carried out at low temperature (16 to 18 ° C) to enhance its fruit aromas, then stopped before its end, in order to leave a little natural sugar in the grapes and have a small alcoholic degree.

Features : Of a beautiful pale pink dress, this wine is fond, fruity and sweet. Its sweet character and its aromas make it an unusual aperitif wine and its small alcoholic degree (10 °) a light wine accessible to all.
