Teaspooning" is the practice of adding a small amount of whiskey from a specific distillery
(hence the name referring to a teaspoon) to a cask with a distillate from another distillery, which gives
a blended whisky, which is at 99, 99% of single malt whiskey from a distillery.
This procedure prevents buyers from bottling these barrels under the official name of the distillery or under the name of
single malt whiskey.
Most commonly, the teaspoon is used when selling kegs to independent bottlers
or to competitors in order to protect a brand and the supply of single malt bottles
from a specific distillery.
Producer Joseph CARTRON
This liquor owes its character to Canary bananas. This variety imparts a delicate flavor to Banana Cartron and allows the production of a liquor that will bring to many cocktails a subtly exotic note.
A Gin from France, distilled in the land of lavender fields in Sault in Haute Provence. The happy combination of local agriculture and distillation know-how.
It is based on locally sourced botanicals, with an emphasis on beautiful organic lavender. It is a distilled gin focused on floral notes; on the palate, develops complex aromas of citrus and warm spices.

Bottling February 20, 2019

In Normandy, each farm produced cider at least for their own consumption. In 1962, Roger Lesuffleur moved to La Vespière, taking over a farm mainly dedicated to ciders. In 1992, his son, Gilbert, settled in a neighboring town, La Folletière-Abenon, took over part of the orchards in the town of Friardel. He stops marketing, while continuing the production of cider for family purposes only.
In 2012, Benoit restarted the marketing with 600 bottles, after having worked 3 years in different wine estates.
La Folletière his father's orchard.

The blend is then aged in barrels that have contained very old cognacs, then married with a slightly peated French malt before finishing in the same barrels until the aromatic palette is perfectly balanced.
