Only exceptional eaux-de-vie deserve to age 15 years. The unequaled quality of the Marc de Bourgogne Hors d'Age Joseph Cartron lies, among other things, in the exclusive use of red wine marcs from controlled appellations chosen among the most famous: Chambolle-Musigny, Gevrey-Chambertin, Vosne- Romanée, Aloxe-Corton, Volnay or Pommard to name a few.

The unique selection of marc of red wines from the Pinot Noir grape variety as well as careful distillation, regular aging and delicate assembly give our Marc all its rich substance, complexity and typicality. At all stages of the production of this eau-de-vie for aging, Joseph Cartron perpetuates a centuries-old tradition, an alchemy of three inseparable skills: those of the winegrower, the distiller and the Maison Joseph Cartron. 

Cognac Courvoisier Napoleon Fine champagne 40° 70 cl

The wine is distilled twice in an intense process unique to cognac.  It takes place from the end of the harvest, when all the grape juice has fermented and turned into wine until March 31, according to the law.
Courvoiser uses a custom distillation process using 25 hectoliters, small stills exclusively to ensure complexity.
Maison Courvoisier meticulously hand-selects French oak from sustainable forests with a 50/50 blend of tight grain to create the barrels.

A Cognac made from a blend of Grande and Petite Champagnes, aged 20 years for the oldest. 

Whiskey Twelve Aventurine single malt 48° 50cl

It was in Laguiole, a small town in Aubrac in northern Aveyron at an altitude of 1000 meters, that the twelve friends decided to found their own whiskey distillery. They installed the brewery and the still in the old presbytery of the village: the Presbytery of the Angels. Shortly after, they transformed the former Laguiole convent into an aging cellar.
The presbytery was reinforced more than 300 years ago on the hillsides from the stones of the defensive fort of Laguiole. From there there is a panoramic view which will allow you to admire the main high points of Aubrac and which will offer you an unobstructed view of the village.Reminder of the volcanic origin of the region, very beautiful basalt organs border the Presbytery. The presbytery was occupied until 2004. Risking abandonment, the place seemed obvious to the 12 friends who set up the brewery and distillery there. Some aging barrels can be found in the attic and in the cellar of the presbytery.

Very smoky, it has the sweetness of Islay's malts and the rich and corpulent style of Edradour from which it comes. We have the privilege to import and distribute exclusively for the French market Ballechin, Edradour and Signatory Vintage since 1988, year of creation of this trading house became cult.

Glengyle Distillery.

Glengyle is an independent, family-owned distillery based in Campbeltown, the historic whiskey capital of the world.

The original Glengyle Distillery produced whiskey between 1872 and 1925, but in 2004, after 79 years of non-production, the distillery was restored by Mitchell's Glengyle Ltd. This ensured Campbeltown's status as a whiskey region.

The name Kilkerran is derived from the Gaelic, "Ceann Loch Cille Chiarain" which is the name of the original settlement where Saint Kieran had his religious cell and where Campbeltown is now. Glengyle now produces a range of Kilkerran Single Malt whiskies, all natural colored and unchillfiltered.
