Ben Nevis is a distillery located west of the Highlands, it belongs to the Japanese company NIKKA.
The Coire Leis edition of Ben Nevis is the result of the reduced selection of ex-bourbon casks and unique oak casks stored at the distillery at the foot of Ben Nevis, Scotland's highest mountain
E n 2010, on the benches of the International Center for Eaux de Vie in Cognac, David Roussier , manager of the Warenghem Distillery, and Guillaume Ferroni , creator of the Carry Nation bars, meet during a training course on the aging of brown spirits.
Very quickly, their common passion for spirits led them to exchange and use… creation of cocktails, comparative tastings, prototypes of spirits. Until, naturally, the idea of creating a range of high-end French spirits for the bar and cocktail world emerged.
The name they will give to this range “Bariana” is taken from the title of one of the first French works dealing with cocktails.
The range of Bariana products is essentially intended for the world of cocktail bars. It incorporates the century-old liqueurs of the Warenghem Distillery, but also incorporates new editions of great classic spirits as well as new products specially intended for integration into cocktails.

Recognized as the "Father of Japanese Whiskey", Masataka Taketsuru, the founder of Nikka Whiskey defined the history of Japanese whiskey thanks to the support and love of his Scottish wife Rita.
Masataka Taketsuru, son of a family of sake producers, is recruited by the Settsu Shuzo company, which has a project to produce the first authentic whiskey in Japan. A chemist by training, the young man left for Scotland to discover the secrets of whiskey making.
During his stay in Scotland, Taketsuru learned all about whiskey production by working for various distilleries. So many experiences that will feed his dream of creating an authentic whiskey in his country of origin.
The Nikka Tailored, Nikka's top-of-the-range blend, is the worthy ambassador of the know-how, culture and expertise of the historic Japanese house. Assembled with precision and delicacy, this whiskey is composed mainly of malted barley from Nikka's two distilleries, Yoichi and Miyagikyo, as well as grain whiskey from Coffey stills.

This unique and delicate spirit is obtained from a traditional white rum from Guyana in which saffron pistils have macerated. Saffron comes directly from an organic cooperative in the Kozani region, known for producing the best saffron in the world for more than three centuries. The Nardini family has cultivated their grapes since 1779 in Bassano del Grappa, making them both the oldest and the most modern grappa distillery in Italy. Enjoying an immense reputation and growing success around the world, the Nardini grappa comes from regional vine products and a process of fermentation and steam distillation perfectly mastered for over seven generations. At the head of two distilleries, equipped with pot and column stills, the Nardini family also produces a selection of liqueurs, aperitifs and digestives according to original recipes of which only it holds the secrets. Erected as a grappa model, the Nardini bianca already reveals its incredible richness. The Nardini grappa is probably the only traditional grappa whose production is homogeneous year after year, thanks to its two distilleries producing according to different cycles. It is purified of its fatty elements after a year of rest in the tank and bottled at 50% according to the oldest traditions. Nose: rich, assertive character. Please note, ventilation is compulsory.
