Whiskey timorous beastie 25 years old, highland blended malt, scotland 70 cl 46.8°
WHISKEY TIMOROUS BEASTIE 25 YEARS OLD, HIGHLAND BLENDED MALT, SCOTLAND 70 CL 46.8 °

Timorous Beastie takes its name from a character immortalized in a famous poem by Robert Burns, entitled "To a mouse", depicting a shy field mouse. However, there is nothing shy about this traffic jam by merchant Douglas Laing. Timorous Beastie manages to capture the very essence of the Highlands through the clever marriage of aged and carefully selected malts such as Glen Garioch, Dalmore or Glengoyne. The result is a smooth, gourmet and opulent whiskey.

Timorous Beastie 25 Years is a marriage of Highland single malts, aged to perfection and proudly offered without coloring or cold filtration, for a production of only 1600 bottles. Bottled at 46,8% alcohol, on tasting, the 25-year-old Timorous Beastie offers notes of sweet vanilla, homemade pastry, tangy marmalade and pine honey. This is the seventh age-specific launch launched under the Timorous Beastie brand: 10, 12, 18, 21, 24, and 40.

Whiskey tomatin 8 years old single malt, highland scotland 70 cl 43°
WHISKEY TOMATIN 8 YEARS SINGLE MALT, HIGHLAND MOSCATEL FINISH SCOTLAND 70 CL 43 °

Aged in barrels of Moscatel from Portugal

The Tomatin range contains all the know-how developed over the centuries and all the passion brought by each of the distillery's trades. It was also considered during the boom years of the 70s, as the most important distillery in Scotland, with a capacity of 12 million liters. Today the facilities have become more modest in order to favor the quality of a daring bet: to create the first range of Scottish whiskeys against all the other great classics of the Highlands by offering a soft and refined range. Challenge met brilliantly since this brand is now recognized by all as being one of the most successful ranges.

A gourmet and elegant whiskey.

Benriach whisky, single malt, speyside, 21 years old scotland 70 cl 46°
WHISKEY BENRIACH, SINGLE MALT, SPEYSIDE, 21 YEARS SCOTLAND 70 CL 46 °

Such a fascinating Speyside single malt whiskey as one from the house of Benriach would not exist without a traditional and unique production method.

John Duff opened the doors of his new distillery on the site of the old Riach farm in 1898. A building of raw beauty, Benriach draws its water from the mineral-rich aquifer below the site.

A true treasure hidden in the heart of Speyside, Benriach sets itself apart by offering three types of whiskeys - classic unpeated whiskeys, peated Highland whiskeys and tri-distilled whiskeys - and multiple flavors thanks to an eclectic collection of barrels from the four corners of the world.

This single malt is created by combining a peaty and non-peaty whiskey. It is aged for at least twenty-one years in four types of barrels: bourbon, sherry, new oak and Bordeaux red wine barrels. During this long aging stage, the sweet smoky flavors characteristic of Benriach whiskeys from Speyside soften and merge with fruity notes, malt and oak. After twenty-one years, the flavors develop to offer elegant notes of honey, enriched by a maturing stage carried out in several barrels. The whiskeys soak up the characteristic flavors of each cask and are then blended to create a rich and elegant single malt perfectly balanced, with notes of orchard fruit and toasted pine enhanced by a touch of smoky honey.
