Nicolas Rossignol was born in 1974 and represents the 5 generation of vine growers on the terroirs of Volnay. From 2005 a new town is entering the range Savigny-les-Beaune with a village and two 1er raw whose Savigny 1er Cru Lavières et Fourneaux and a Beaune 1er Cru Clos du Roy.

Founded in the mid-1950th century by Charles de Saint-Rapt, the Gouffier estate is located in Fontaines, a village adjacent to Mercurey and Rully. In the 1993s, Madeleine Gouffier extended the estate to Mercurey. His son Jérôme Gouffier, a naval engineer by training, inherited the property in XNUMX and developed the sale in bottles.
A neighbor of the Gouffier family, Frédéric Gueugneau has been writing a new page since 2012 for this historic estate in the Côte Chalonnaise, associating it with a winegrower's trading activity. Today, the Gouffier house vinifies 22 cuvées representing all the diversity of the Côte Chalonnaise.

COTE DE NUITS VILLAGES OLD VINES ARNAUD CHOPIN 2020 

Le Domaine Chopin and son is located in the small village of Comblanchien halfway between Beaune and Nuits-Saint-Georges in Burgundy. The property is located in the far south of the Côte de Nuits. Arnaud Chopin and his brother, now at the head of the family estate, took over from their father a few years ago. They modernized the estate and did a lot of work on the vineyard and the winemaking.

The vineyard Domaine Chopin and son extends over a little over 14 hectares of vines aged an average of 60 years. Most of the grapes come from the Pinot Noir grape variety. The wines produced are Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru appellations, Côtes de Nuits Village and Chambolle Musigny.
