In 2006, the estate has inaugurated a new winery of 1 200 m², the care given to winemaking and breeding making it a safe bet in the Burgundy.
When you ask Bernard Bouvier what a good wine is, he replies that "it is a wine that makes your mouth water, that makes you want to finish the bottle you have uncorked". Far from marketing, he prefers to evoke the expression of vintages and terroirs, and rejects a certain standardization of wines. This search for quality combined with respect for the terroir defines the Bouvier touch: round and powerful wines with perfectly tamed tannins.
