The DOMAINE GUYON scea is located in the town of Vosne Romanée.

The estate has been geared towards organic viticulture since the 2000s. To provide transparency in viticulture and winemaking techniques, the estate entered into an Ecocert accreditation process in 2009 and obtained accreditation in 2012 .

The family estate was born before the war, his grandfather and his father successively and wisely led it until his brother and himself took charge of it in the 1990s. The man knows each of his vines, often very old, on the end of his secateurs. Jean pierre guyon took over the operation on his own.

His ambition is to return to what he considers the old way of doing things: that is to say winemaking with most of the whole bunches; no addition of sulfur, if possible, until the spring following harvest.

This Grand Cru, a very rare wine, comes from a Kimmeridgian clay-limestone terroir and old vines located on the right bank of the “Le Serein” river. With 80 hectares, Domaine Joseph Drouhin is one of the largest in the region. It is distributed throughout Burgundy: Chablis (38 hectares), Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, (38.5 hectares), Côte Chalonnaise (3.5 hectares), and comprises a majority of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, planted of the two Burgundy grape varieties: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

This Chardonnay comes from the entire Burgundy wine region.

Burgundy Chardonnay Les Malperrtuis Maison Gouffier 2022 75cl


Founded in the mid-1950th century by Charles de Saint-Rapt, the Gouffier estate is located in Fontaines, a village adjacent to Mercurey and Rully. In the 1993s, Madeleine Gouffier extended the estate to Mercurey. His son Jérôme Gouffier, a naval engineer by training, inherited the property in XNUMX and developed the sale in bottles.
A neighbor of the Gouffier family, Frédéric Gueugneau has been writing a new page since 2012 for this historic estate in the Côte Chalonnaise, associating it with a winegrower's trading activity. Today, the Gouffier house vinifies 22 cuvées representing all the diversity of the Côte Chalonnaise.

This Roche Cuvée comes from plots planted with Chardonnay grapes, facing east on soils of silty and limestone plateaus.

Coteaux de Tannay Melon de Bourgogne 2021 Xavier & Jerome Garnier 75cl

Based in Ligny-le-Chatel, the estate is run by two passionate brothers, Xavier and Jérôme Garnier. The range covers many Chablis appellations.
Since 2016, the Garnier estate has taken over 6 ha of vines in the little-known IGP Coteaux de Tannay appellation, located in the Nièvre.
