So many assets that have given their dimension to the wines of this domain. These are rich and deep, powerful and balanced. They are cut for keeping, but by their structure, they can be appreciated young.

The Chablis vineyard is one of the oldest in France. Over time and all over the world, its white wines, made from the Chardonnay grape variety, have acquired an extraordinary reputation. Distributed on both sides of the “Le Serein” river, the appellation's vines extend over 17 communes. The unique character of the wines is given by the soil, essentially of the “Kimmeridgian” type where sediments composed in particular of large quantities of small fossil ostrea virgula oysters were deposited.
