EXQUIS PUNCH is a brand based in Eure et Loir (28). These artisanal punches are based on AOC agricultural rum, real fruits and spices.
Fans of quality spirits and very attached to the Caribbean culture, it is by drawing inspiration from family recipes that Brian makes his first beverages in 2013 for the evenings he organizes. Quickly solicited by his friends, Brian continues to produce for private events.
Passionate about the world of rum, he decided to launch a market study in 2019 with more than sixteen recipes.
Following various customer feedback, he perfected his technique and working method.
The exquis punch range has been in existence since October 2021.

To better highlight the exceptional character of each vintage, bottles of Plantation “terroir” rums are now adorned with a special label indicating the uniqueness of each vintage and each of the sources in the collection. For the 2020 editions, endemic birds color the labels with their vibrant feathers. Their exotic graphics evoking the boards of Buffon are also a real pleasure for the eye.

From Rum & Co of Fiji, in the heart of the Fiji Islands, this limited edition Plantation Rum is 100% distilled in column stills. Very intense, this 2007 vintage rum aged first in Fiji for 14 years in bourbon barrels and then at Château de Bonbonnet in Ferrand cognac barrels during its last year.
it has an ester rate of 168 grams per hectoliter of pure alcohol.
Ti'Planteurs de Ced are the result of the combination of nectars, carefully selected fruit juices and AOC rhum agricole from Martinique.

Ratu means “chief” in Fijian. This range of molasses rum comes from the only distillery in Fiji: Rum Co. of Fiji.
According to legend, the name Lautoka means "spear stroke" during a duel between two Fijian chiefs. The town of Lautoka is also the headquarters of the Rum Co of Fiji distillery. Produced in a limited series, Ratu Lautoka is aged for 16 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels with a capacity of 200 litres. Half of the rum benefits from an additional six months aging in 30-year-old Muscat barrels before being blended.
It is a spirit drink obtained by blending traditional Cape Verdean grogue (Cape Verdean red cane variety) pure sugar cane juice and caramelized sugar cane juice in a cauldron. A maceration of plants gives it herbaceous aromas.
Victoria pineapples are peeled by hand. The peel of the pineapple is infused with Plantation 3 Stars for a week and then distilled while the flesh of the pineapple is infused with the original Plantation Dark for several months. Then the distillate and the infusion are assembled. The production of Plantation Pineapple is very limited since it is linked to the seasons of the Victoria Pineapple.
Alexandre Gabriel wanted to bring up to date the “Pineapple delicacy” so dear to the English of the Victorian era. The Reverend Stiggins imagined by Charles Dickens in the Pickwick Papers was also a great fan! In collaboration with historian David Wondrich and after much research, Plantation Pineapple Rum was born.
Description: Particularity of this new product: we use a coffee roasted by P'tit Kawa - artisan roaster of Corcoué on Lognes (not far from us). It comes from a specific selection for Ti'Arrangés with 50% Colombia Supremo region Quindo and 50% India Babaduban from Kushalnagar region.
The coffee brings the mix between full-bodied and fragrant and will blend with the Kumquat.
