Rum Santa Térésa 1796 Soléra Venezuela 70 cl 40°

A blend of eaux-de-vie up to 35 years old, we quickly understand why it has been voted the best rum in the world on several occasions. It is a complex rum, marked by notes of banana, toffee, tobacco, honey and nuts.

Tasting note
Color: old gold with amber highlights.
Nose: of rare complexity, it goes equally well from pear to banana, corn to toffee or vanilla to tobacco.
Mouth: very sweet and rich, it elegantly combines cane juice, honey, coconut, oak, chocolate, smoke, coffee, dried banana…
Finish: very long and dry, rather smoky and finely woody, on tobacco, on exotic fruits and dried fruits.
