Located on the first slopes of the Pyrenean foothills, theSaint Mont appellation extends on 46 common to the west of the department of Gers where it profits from a specific micro-climate, stamped with freshness, and a soil of an extreme richness. The appellation uses local and ancestral grape varieties:Tannat, Pinenc, Cabernet Franc et Cabernet Sauvignon for reds and rosés, Gros Manseng, Arrufiac, and Small Courbu for white wines.
