The Clos des Centenaires estate extends over 7 hectares, nestled in the heart of a hill dotted with rolled pebbles typical of the Villafranchiens region. The arrangement of the vines varies depending on their age and the variety cultivated: the young plants are arranged from north to south on a slope facing south-southwest, with a trellising system, while the older vines (Grenache , Syrah and Cinsault) are planted in cups on an east-west oriented slope, thus benefiting from an east-southeast exposure.

Located less than 2 km as the crow flies from the ponds of the Petite Camargue Nature Reserve and less than 20 km from the Mediterranean, our vineyard enjoys a climate of exceptional mildness and regularity. The prevailing winds, such as the Mistral from the north, and the thermal breezes, notably from the south-southwest and the sea breeze, contribute to a remarkable precocity of budburst and to temperate summers. This combination promotes a long period of progressive ripening of the grapes, thus providing ideal conditions for their optimal development.

Since 1996, the venerable Maison Delas Frères, whose roots go back to 1835, has regained the soul and sparkle that have contributed to its fame.
Under the impetus of the new management, numerous investments were made on the Saint-Jean-de-Muzols production site, near Tournon-sur-Rhône. 

A motivated team proudly participates in the qualitative renewal of this Grande Maison in the Rhône Valley: a vat room specially designed for the vinification of red wines, the complete restructuring of the aging cellar are among the key elements of the House's quality approach. Delas, summed up in one sentence: to perpetuate and sublimate the expression of the Terroir.

On this AOC, located at the northern end of the Rhône Valley, the very famous cuvée "La Landonne" from Delas Frères (100% Syrah) is a plot selection whose production hardly exceeds 2.500 bottles per vintage, exclusively in the great years.

50% Grenache - 40% Syrah – 10% Mourvèdre Pliocene marls and limestone Vines with an average age of 50 years in organic farming Traditional co-fermentation in concrete vats. Indigenous yeasts. Aged for 12 months in vats, Burgundy barrels and demi-muids. When I took over Saint Cosme in 1992, I had to wait until my fourth year (1995) to experience the joys of a great vintage. I had been a little unlucky because it is rare to have four difficult vintages (from 1991 to 1994) in a row. In Rouanne, from my second year I am entitled to a great vintage: 2019. The magnificent hillside of Rouanne has given the full measure of its limitless potential, a bit like a racehorse whose energy must be channelled. After a beautiful spring and a flowering which gave small berries, the dry summer helped to express the intensity, a common point of all the great vintages. The astonishing salinity, a true signature of Rouanne, brings the essential freshness to an absolutely magnificent whole. The depth of the fruit, the length and the complexity make it a great wine for laying down. Indeed it is a wine of great dimension, great structure and great potential. The category in which Rouanne plays is the high level, and we will talk about this 2019 of low yields for a long time. I am gradually discovering the mysteries of this terroir, but it must be said that understanding generates just as many questions. The most important thing is that the intimate relationship with this place grows day by day. Cinnamon, licorice, black pepper, gingerbread and salinity. Bottling without filtration"

GIGONDAS HOMINIS FIDES CHATEAU OF SAINT COSME 2019

Very old grenache planted on Miocene limestone sands at a place called "Hominis Fides". Whole harvest. Twelve month aging: 20% in new pieces - 50% in pieces of one wine - 30% in pieces of two and three wines.

The sands of Miocene are, in Gigondas as in the rest of the valley of the Rhone, a geological event posterior to the great uprising of the lace of Montmirail. When the Alps rise, they, like a sheet of paper that we tilt, "open" the Rhone Valley, allowing the sea to engulf itself like a snake finding its way. The sea then covers Lyon, circling the Alpine arc; the Luberon and the Ventoux are only islands, prehistoric fish frolic in the chapel of Saint Cosme and ammonites accumulate in phenomenal quantities. At this time, sands are deposited in our region: we find them in many sites in the Southern Rhone Valley: in the Uchaux massif, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas ... Much later, the small ants that we decide to grow vitis vinifera on these sands, and it turns out that the grenache finds there an amazing field of expression. The old Grenache vine in the Miocene sands is the aromatic finesse, the elegant texture, the depth in the mouth. When the wine ages, it takes notes of Morey Saint Denis pinot: peony and small red berries. What a great idea to have planted at the dawn of the twentieth century, 12 years before the Great War, this vineyard that is always with us.

Domaine Gramenon, created in 1978, is located in MONTBRISON-SUR-LEZ in Drôme Provençale, at the first foothills of the Pre-Alps, at an altitude of 350 m.
In the northernmost part of the southern Côtes du Rhône.

This small trading activity was created by Maxime-François Laurent in 2006 alongside the estate.
It consists of a partnership with a neighboring winemaker whose vines extend over approximately 6 hectares and are located in the municipalities of Montbrison sur lez and Valréas.
