Installed in the Pommard plain in Bligny les Beaune, the estate was created in 1981 by Claude who, after training in electrical engineering, found vines to rent (about 5 ha) in different villages of the Côte de Beaune.
Over time, the plot has expanded either by acquisition or by leasing new appellations to reach an area of ​​12ha.
In 1998, Catherine, after a retraining, joined the estate full time. Very quickly, the estate placed particular emphasis on respect for the environment and the work of the vines.

Le Domaine Chopin and son is located in the small village of Comblanchien halfway between Beaune and Nuits-Saint-Georges in Burgundy. The property is located at the extreme south of the Côte de Nuits. Arnaud Chopin and his brother, Today at the head of the family estate, have taken over from their father for a few years. Coteaux Bourguignons le ptit Bonheur 2021 Pascal Prunier-Bonheur 

The estate was born from the association of Pascal Brunier and his wife Christine Bonheur.
Pascal Prunier created the domain in 1983 in the commune of Auxey-Duresses, he is now based in Meursault.  operates eight hectares of vines on the Côte de Beaune. vinified and matured for the most part in barrels, the main part of his work is to favor the vines in order to offer us great chardonnay and pinot noir.

Pascal Prunier-Bonheur leads his vineyard in sustainable pest management, this estate offers 17 appellations on plots all located in Beaune Coast.

This little Bonheur bears its name wonderfully with this pretty pure and crunchy Gamay full of indulgence.

ECHEZEAUX GRAND CRU DOMAINE FAIVELEY 2000



In the heart of the Côte de Nuits, in Nuits-Saint-Georges, the FAIVELEY estate has produced exceptional wines since 1825. From Pierre FAIVELEY, founder of the estate, to Erwan FAIVELEY, in charge of the family business, seven generations successive winemakers, whose history is linked to that of their region and its wines.

Among the personalities who have made the Faiveley estate, Georges FAIVELEY is perhaps the one that attracts the most attention. Under his direction, the estate suffered the full brunt of the 1929 crisis, which affected the entire Burgundy wine sector.

It was in this unfavorable economic context that he created, in 1934 and in association with his friend Camille RODIER, the “Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin”, a resurgence of old wine-making brotherhoods, still alive today.

Today at the top, the Faiveley estate operates on plots in some of the most famous climates of Burgundy such as Gevrey-Chambertin, clos de Vougeot, Pommard, Volnay, Puligny Montrachet, Corton Charlemagne… The greatest appellations of Burgundy are all sublimated by the expert and recognized hands of the Faiveley domain.

The DOMAINE GUYON scea is located in the town of Vosne Romanée.

The estate has been geared towards organic viticulture since the 2000s. To provide transparency in viticulture and winemaking techniques, the estate entered into an Ecocert accreditation process in 2009 and obtained accreditation in 2012 .

The family estate was born before the war, his grandfather and his father successively and wisely led it until his brother and himself took charge of it in the 1990s. The man knows each of his vines, often very old, on the end of his secateurs. Jean pierre guyon took over the operation on his own.

His ambition is to return to what he considers the old way of doing things: that is to say winemaking with most of the whole bunches; no addition of sulfur, if possible, until the spring following harvest.

Winemaker  The Chapel-Vaupeloteigne 

Delphine is Burgundian and comes from a family of winegrowers. His professional life has always been linked to the great Houses of Burgundy.
Grégory is also from Burgundy. A graduate in oenology, he learned the trade alongside Nadine Gublin, winemaker at the Jacques Prieur estate, and Jean-Pierre de Smet at the Arlot estate. In 2001, he moved to Bordeaux to vinify at Château Smith-Haut-Lafitte, a Grand Cru Classé from Graves. Then it is the meeting with the consultant Stéphane Derenoncourt that he assists until 2004. Then, he becomes technical director of Michel Chapoutier and general manager of Ferraton Père & Fils. Since 2011, he has been technical director of Domaine Laroche in Chablis and has been following Quinta Do Monte d'Oiro in Portugal as a consultant since 2006.

The appellation covers 300 hectares of which around 180 are planted with vines, located a few kilometers from Chablis

The Bastards, facing West-North, is rather cool. The aromas are expressed on red fruits and intense notes of Madagascar pepper, typical imprint of the minerality of this terroir. The whole gives the wine its sliced ​​and chiseled character.

CHAMBERTIN CHAPEL GRAND CRU 2014 DOMAINE ROSSIGNOL TRAPET

In 1155, the monks of Bèze had built at this place a chapel called Clos de Bèze because it was facing him and was therefore on the east side of the path that goes from Gevrey to Morey. A portico spanned even the path from east to west. 
This chapel was dedicated to Our Lady.

Fallen into disuse in XVth century, it is rebuilt in 1547 by the vine growers. It is Philibert de Beaujeu, bishop of Bethlehem, who dedicates again the 4 July. She was shaved after the Revolution of 1789.

The locality was initially named Sous la Chapelle (the first mention date of 1457), with a High and a Low part.

The Chapel is on a slightly declining area. It is one of the most solar and early sectors of finage Grands Crus.

The situation of the plot is just below Chambertin.

The exhibition is perfect in the Levant.

Its soil is brown, stony and very shallow. At about 30 cm, there is a band of limestone rocks (called lava) which sometimes outcrop. The lavas are flat, gray limestone slabs; they were once used to cover the roofs of houses and churches. Similar roofs can still be found in Burgundy today.

A low slope ensures excellent natural drainage thanks to permeable white limestone scree that line this remarkable plot.

The low thickness of the soil and its rather warm nature lead to La Chapelle-Chambertin a portly and sensual wine, with finesse and elegance, always with great aromatic richness and exceptional density.

The average age of the vines is 60 years (the first plantations date from 1930) and planted only in fine Pinot Noir from mass selection with a planting density of 12 500 plants / ha.

The Chapelle-Chambertin appellation brings together two localities under its name, “Chapelle” proper and “Les Gémeaux”.

Less solar than upper chapel (in a slightly deeper soil), Gemini gives fleshier wines, very dense, tannins a little more formed.

Only this Domain owns these two parcels and is able today to diffuse an assembly of Gemini and Chapel.

ALOXE CORTON LES COMBES DOMAINE JEAN BAPTISTE BOUDIER 2018 

Winegrower in PERNAND VERGELESSES.

This winegrower settled in PERNAND VERGELESSES in 2015. He cut his teeth in very large châteaux in the Bordeaux vineyards as well as in Châteauneuf du Pape.

Aloxe-Corton is an appellation which is located on the vineyard of the Côte de Beaune, this commune is the border with the Côte de Nuits marked by the famous Montagne de Corton.

This appellation is on a terroir of nearly 120 hectares giving rise to great pinot noir and chardonnay.
The pinot noir is the master of this appellation against the Chardonnay grape variety.
