This unique and delicate spirit is obtained from a traditional white rum from Guyana in which saffron pistils have macerated. Saffron comes directly from an organic cooperative in the Kozani region, known for producing the best saffron in the world for more than three centuries. The mixture is balanced with a touch of agave syrup, also of biological origin.

The basis of this original Ced 'maceration lies in a tasty blend of two pure cane juices from Martinique and Guadeloupe ... We find there the sweet and gourmet approach of agricultural rum from Guadeloupe as well as the territorial imprint of rum farm of Martinique. To this, delicious pebble lemons from Reunion Island and a fresh ginger from Brazil bring an irresistible tangy freshness. A cosmopolitan recipe for "Lemon Ginger" arranged rum to enjoy fresh, as is or in a cocktail!

RUM PUNCH MANGO PASSION RHUMS OF CED 32 °

A gourmet combination of fresh fruit, brought to maturity, associated with pure agricultural cane juice, traditionally distilled respecting the AOC. The final operation, which consists of macerating our fruits according to our recipes and our know-how, will allow you to taste a fresh and tasty Ti'Arrangés de Ced '.

Description: Combination of two fruits, one sweet and tasty, the other tangy. A maceration that appeals to lovers of exotic fruits. A safe bet reminiscent of our Antilles.

Composition: AOC agricultural rum from Martinique, Mango, Passion fruit, Cane sugar syrup, Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar

• Authentic Cape Verdean grogue, pure cane juice. 100% bourbon red cane, terrace-grown and hand-harvested.
• 15 days of fermentation using wild yeasts of which Manuel Monteiro (the producer SODADE) has the secret.
• Distillation with bagasse, in Cape Verdean "pot still" with a cut to keep only the heart of the toast.
• The passage in ex-Madeira wine barrels for 42 months and the finish of 6 months in ex-Martinique agricultural rum barrels
  brings subtle aromas of hazelnut wood and fruit.

It is a spirit drink obtained by blending traditional Cape Verdean grogue (Cape Verdean red cane variety) pure sugar cane juice and caramelized sugar cane juice in a cauldron. A maceration of plants gives it herbaceous aromas.
