IGP Oc Chardonnay Les Jamelles 2022 75 cl
The Jamelles '' Marseillette "Aude
Through the Chardonnay Les Jamelles, Catherine Delaunay wanted to show all her know-how Burgundy. It obtains a complex and elegant wine, a balance of freshness, fruit, finely wooded aromas and a rich, long and harmonious finish. About 15% of the blend comes from vines located in the foothills of the Cévennes (north of Béziers ), at 400 m altitude. 25% comes from the plain of Hérault and about 35% of the Aude valley, near Carcassonne (Minervois region) where our wines are fermented and aged in oak barrels. The remaining 25% comes from the region of Limoux known for its elegant and complex Chardonnay.Sols of several types: Clay-limestone and basaltic in the Cévennes (giving a nice fresh acidity to the wines), rich clays and pebbles in the plains of Béziers (giving rich and round wines) and clay-limestone near Carcassonne (giving fruity wines).
Vines grown in terraces whose altitude ranges from 150 to 400 meters. Average age of about 15, cut in "cordon de Royat" (trellised) .The average yield is low, of the order of 45 hectoliters per hectare.

IGP COTES DE GASCOGNE WHITE FOSSILS HIGH MARIN 2022 75 CL
Grape varieties: Colombard, Sauvignon, Gros Manseng
For several generations, the Jegerlehner and Prataviera families have made Gascony vines their wealth and pride, thanks to which they produce exceptional wines to the delight of their customers.
In the heart of Bas Armagnac, the Domaine de Ménard & Haut Marin is located along the famous Via Podensis, a route used for centuries by pilgrims traveling to Santiago de Compostela.
In this beautiful landscape characteristic of Gascony, we farm 180 hectares, exclusively in the Côtes de Gascogne appellation.
Our plots are located on a renowned marine geological site. The entire region was swallowed up by the sea 23 million years ago. We still find numerous fossils and shells at the foot of our Gondrin vines.
On shallow, stony clay-limestone soils, the vines of Colombard, Ugni Blanc, and Sauvignon produce our dry white wines.
On the deep tawny sands of the estate, the Petit and Gros Manseng grapes, harvested over-ripe, make it possible to produce sweet wines of exceptional finesse.
Producer Les Collines du Bourdic
Sweet wine. It ideally accompanies foie gras, parsley cheese.
The Vendanges des Vignes Rousses are obtained from the grape variety Viognier harvested in over-ripening, hence the name of late harvest. The sugar-filled grapes will give a soft wine with a very bright pale yellow color. Served very fresh, this white wine gives the nose a great aromatic complexity.
The Domaine de Laballe is a unique property nestled on the border of Landes and Gers.
The vineyard is located on a singular, rare and small area, called Sables fauves, soil recognized in Armagnac for bringing freshness and minerality.
The Laballe estate has been in the Laudet family since the purchase of the property by Jean Dominique in 1820. Today it is the 8th generation, represented by Cyril and his wife Julie, who takes care of the estate.
From the work of the vine and the soil, through vinification to ageing, everything is done to extract as much as possible of the typicity of this unique terroir.
By respecting the heritage and traditions of his family, Cyril today produces unique and identity wines.
