The history of Grand-Puy-Lacoste fascinates in more ways than one. It is part of a family saga that dates back to the XNUMXth century.

The name of Grand-Puy comes from the old expression "puy" which means "mound, small height", and this terroir is already mentioned in documents dating from the Middle Ages.
