Whiskey Macallan 18 years old Highland Single malt Scotland 43° 70 cl
Release 2022
THE HOUSE Macallan is one of Scotland's iconic Speyside distilleries.
Belonging to the Sherry collection, The Macallan 18 years in Sherry Oak Cask is aged exclusively in Sherry casks, European oak.
These barrels are infused with Sherry and selected by hand, which gives them richness and complexity.
This long maturation allows it to become this rich single malt characterized by subtly woody notes and flavors of ginger and raisins.
Bimber, which produced its first distillates in 2016, is located in London.
This young distillery which produces 100% of its barley and also owns its cooperage
Bimber Distillery has launched 'Apogee XII' - a premium 12-year-old 'pure malt' whiskey created to celebrate the art of blending, which has been matured through additional maturation in former barrels of Bimber.
This is a blend of single malt from the Highlands and Speyside. These whiskeys have been aged for at least 12 years

WHISKEY BALLECHIN 10 YEARS HIGHLAND SINGLE MALT SCOTLAND 46 °
Speyside and Highland peat usually gives rise to very dry, even slightly bitter single malts. But at Edradour the very heavy distillate seems to perfectly accommodate this millenary fossil. In the end the Ballechin 10 years is in our opinion one of the few peaty whiskeys that bears comparison with the best Islay. Very smoky, it has the sweetness of Islay's malts and the rich and corpulent style of Edradour from which it comes. We have the privilege to import and distribute exclusively for the French market Ballechin, Edradour and Signatory Vintage since 1988, year of creation of this trading house became cult.
WHISKEY SQUADRON 303 BLENDED MALT FEEDOM WHISKEY 44 ° 70CL
Squadron 303 was the Royal Air Force's most formidable squadron during WWII. It was made up of Polish pilots, who introduced vodka to their English brothers in arms. In exchange, the latter introduced the Polish pilots to the finer points of Irish, Scottish or English whiskeys. Many stories relate this growing interest of the pilots of Squadron 303 for the good whiskeys that they discover as they move on to the bases of the Royal Air Force in England or Scotland.
The adventure of Whiskey Squadron 303 begins not far from the Royal Air Force base in Turnhouse, a few kilometers from Edinburgh in Scotland. This Single Malt was discovered in a demijohn dating from 1940, a perfectly preserved juice that we imagine served in the pubs of Edinburgh of the time frequented by the pilots of Squadron 303.
From this extremely rare Single Malt was born the idea of creating a first edition of Squadron 303 blend. Freedom and that we will baptize… the Blend of Freedom!
Whiskey black bottle 70 cl 40°
Natural peat (earth, heather), spicy, smoky, balanced. Nose: At first malty, it then releases a nice smoky and peaty power. Mouth: Powerful, deep attack, then it settles with force on a smoky register, a little phenolic but without excess. The body is round, mellow, lining the palate well, and enhanced by some spices, in a tannic tone, well wooded. Color: Light amber. Finish: The power continues through to the finish, with remarkable persistence long after the sip has been swallowed. A perfect digest of Islay peat, ranging from perfect vegetal to smoky maritime, and therefore an introduction to the island's malts... for those who don't know them yet, but also for those who already love them.
