Port Askaig Whiskey 8 Years Single Malt Islay Scotland 45.8° 70cl
Bottled by Specialty Drinks Port Askaig 8 years is a permanent edition with finesse and smoothness. Its peatiness is more flexible than the 100 Proof version. Aged in American oak barrels and marked by notes of smoke, wild herbs, honey and vanilla, it is a perfect introduction to Islay Island malts.
This bottling is a throwback to the style of some of Arran's early Single Malts, which were mostly aged in Sherry casks.
ROBERT BURNS, BLENDED 40 °
70 CL bottle
Blend made from a high percentage of single malt Isle of Arran aged partly in second fill sherry casks. It is to carry high and far the "spirit" of its island, that the distillery of Arran appealed to a choice ambassador: the famous Scottish poet Robert Burns. A native of southern Scotland, the latter declaimed loud and clear many verses praising the local brandy, whisky.
WHISKEY BALLECHIN 10 YEARS HIGHLAND SINGLE MALT SCOTLAND 46 °
Speyside and Highland peat usually gives rise to very dry, even slightly bitter single malts. But at Edradour the very heavy distillate seems to perfectly accommodate this millenary fossil. In the end the Ballechin 10 years is in our opinion one of the few peaty whiskeys that bears comparison with the best Islay. Very smoky, it has the sweetness of Islay's malts and the rich and corpulent style of Edradour from which it comes. We have the privilege to import and distribute exclusively for the French market Ballechin, Edradour and Signatory Vintage since 1988, year of creation of this trading house became cult.
Clubhouse Golf Ball Whiskey Blended Scotland 70 cl 40°
A blend without false notes that evokes the sweet and fruity character of malts from Speyside and North Highlands.
Most of the original bottles and mignons it offers contain a luxury blend called Old St. Andrews in reference to the famous golf course of the same name.
Whiskey black bottle 70 cl 40°
Natural peat (earth, heather), spicy, smoky, balanced. Nose: At first malty, it then releases a nice smoky and peaty power. Mouth: Powerful, deep attack, then it settles with force on a smoky register, a little phenolic but without excess. The body is round, mellow, lining the palate well, and enhanced by some spices, in a tannic tone, well wooded. Color: Light amber. Finish: The power continues through to the finish, with remarkable persistence long after the sip has been swallowed. A perfect digest of Islay peat, ranging from perfect vegetal to smoky maritime, and therefore an introduction to the island's malts... for those who don't know them yet, but also for those who already love them.
Kilchoman Whiskey, Single Malt, Islay, Scotland, 70 cl 46°.
Kilchoman Machir Bay is a single malt with character, marked by notes of ash and smoke, candied citrus fruits, earth, malted barley and pepper. The peat is very present. The freshness brings a nice length. A whiskey for peat lovers
WHISKEY MACNAMARA BLENDED SCOTLAND 40 ° 70CL
Mac Na Mara, his name means "the son of the sea".
Gaelic whiskeys were developed for Celtic-speaking communities on the Scottish Atlantic coast. They represent the attachment of a gentleman farmer, Sir Ian Noble, to the Gaelic traditions and its terroir where the Celtic culture and tradition is still very present. Its production is the most famous of "owner" whiskeys.
Mac Na Mara is a Blend whiskey aged 5 to 7 years. It is an original, virile Gaelic whiskey. A high proportion of malts with iodized flavors and a slightly peaty nose.
A very nice blend to consume between friends.

WHISKEY SQUADRON 303 BLENDED MALT FEEDOM WHISKEY 44 ° 70CL
Squadron 303 was the Royal Air Force's most formidable squadron during WWII. It was made up of Polish pilots, who introduced vodka to their English brothers in arms. In exchange, the latter introduced the Polish pilots to the finer points of Irish, Scottish or English whiskeys. Many stories relate this growing interest of the pilots of Squadron 303 for the good whiskeys that they discover as they move on to the bases of the Royal Air Force in England or Scotland.
The adventure of Whiskey Squadron 303 begins not far from the Royal Air Force base in Turnhouse, a few kilometers from Edinburgh in Scotland. This Single Malt was discovered in a demijohn dating from 1940, a perfectly preserved juice that we imagine served in the pubs of Edinburgh of the time frequented by the pilots of Squadron 303.
From this extremely rare Single Malt was born the idea of creating a first edition of Squadron 303 blend. Freedom and that we will baptize… the Blend of Freedom!
