The Cuvée Maison Rouge is the parcel cuvée and flag holder of the Estate.

Red House: this wine comes from the place called cadastre of Maison Rouge. This beautiful hillside terrace overlooks the former home of the Archbishop of Vienna.CHAVEYRON 1422 DOMAINE SALADIN WINE OF FRANCE 2017
The Domaine Saladin is located in Saint Marcel d'Ardèche, southern village of the Southern Côtes du Rhône, halfway between Montélimar and Avignon, on the right bank of the Rhone.
Elisabeth, Marie-Laurence, Louis and Annick Saladin are at the head of Domaine Saladin, a family estate passed down from father to son and from father to daughter since 1422.
18 hectares and 13 Rhone grape varieties of the estate offer the particularity of having always been harvested by hand, grown and vinified in organic.
"Chaveyron - 1422" is a plot selection located in Saint Marcel d'Ardèche. The archives testify that in 1422, Raymond Saladin bought a vineyard at the place called "Chaveyron". A compoix whose copy of the XVII century is preserved in the departmental archives of the Ardeche attests: "Raymondi Saladini of Trihano Item unum planterium situun in Chalvayrono".
Since then, the generations of farmers-vine growers have succeeded one another.
The terroir is made of "red" earth, iron, dotted with rolled pebbles. The exhibition is oriented South-East on hillsides. To the north, oaks, a "Clapas" (pile of stone in patois) and a hedge of tall cypresses protect the plot. The yield reaches 28 hectoliters per hectare. No use of pesticides, herbicides or insecticides since the origin of the estate. The harvest is entirely manual. Certified Organic Farming by Ecocert. Since 2006, Elisabeth and Marie-Laurence choose to downgrade this wine in Table Wine because it does not fall within the standard of the commission of approval. Vinification method: Syrah and Viognier are harvested by hand and vinified together. Vatting of one month in indigenous yeasts. The breeding takes place in lightning of oak during 9 months.
GIGONDAS Cuvée Des Blaches 2020
Field of ESPIERS
It is in 1989 that the area of Espiers was born in Vacqueyras, when Philippe Cartoux decided to walk in the footsteps of his grandparents who owned a vineyard in the family since 1879.
The vineyard now covers 9,5 hectares including 3 to Gigondas, 4 en Cotes du Rhone et 2,5 en Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages Sablet. The grape variety is largely dominated by the main 3 Rhone grape varieties, namely Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. The vines are in struggle and receive no chemical treatment. In general, the gestures are all part of a logic of respect for the soil and the environment, with yields particularly lower than 35 hl / ha.
Harvesting is manual for traditional winemaking and aging in oak barrels. Philippe Cartoux likes to produce robust, gourmet but also refined wines. Proof of the quality of its work, Lavinia boutiques offer its wines.
This wine consists of a single plot of vines in the commune of Gigondas.
The vine is aged 40 and composed of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah. The harvest is manual and often the grapes picked are slightly overripe in order to obtain wines more full-bodied.
The vinification is done with a very high temperature (+ 34 ° c) in order to extract a maximum of aromas and color. The harvest is complete to allow a good homogeneity of the grape marc and long pumping over.
This wine is then aged in barrels for about 12 months, then bottled without sticking or filtration.
CROZES HERMITAGE BLACK ETOILE DOMAIN MELODY 2020
Now unavoidable, the vintage Etoile Noire comes from vines older than 50 years and raised for a year. The Black Star 2018 is a balanced and powerful wine at the same time, offering beautiful aromas of ripe fruit and black cherry. A great success.
The vineyard is planted on 3 very different types of soil:
The objective of the domain is toexpress the authenticity of the terroirs, this involves different approaches: - A reasoned fight for phytosanitary treatments: contact products such as Sulfur and Copper are preferred
- The use of organic fertilizers - The absence of weed killers and soil cultivation throughout the vineyard for balanced vines - Naturally controlled yields
- Manual harvesting with a first sorting at the plot
COTES DU RHONE WISDOM DOMAINE GRAMENON 2019

Le Clos des Centenaires is established on 7 hectares of a hill of Villafranchian pebbles. The orientation of the rows of the vineyard is for the young vines established North South on a South South-West slope on trellising, and for the old vines (Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault) oriented East West, in goblet on a slope East South-East .
Located less than 2 km as the crow flies from the ponds of the Petite Camargue Nature Reserve and less than 20 km from the Mediterranean, the vineyard benefits from a climate of unique mildness and regularity. The alternation of prevailing winds (North Mistral type) and thermal breezes (South South West, sea breeze) leads to very early bud burst and very temperate summers, resulting in a long period of gentle ripening of the grapes.
SYRAH OF OGIER WINE OF FRANCE STEPHANE OGIER 2020
Stéphane OGIER winemaker at AMPUIS
Rooted in Ampuis for many generations, this family has always worked in the Côte-Rôtie vineyard. By taking over from his father Michel in 1998, he chose to do specific work on his different terroirs in order to reveal the uniqueness of these places full of history.
Côte-Blonde, But de Mont, Lancement, Côte-Rôzier, Champon, Besset ... this vineyard is rich in a mosaic of plots located in the heart of the Côte-Rôtie whose soil diversity and the northernmost climate of the Valley du Rhône gives the wines an incredible finesse. As close as possible to the vineyard, it strives to reveal the typical elegance of this appellation. The range he offers is therefore faithful to his roots and represents, for him, the culmination of a long history and fascinating daily work.
Grape Syrah 100%
CHATEAUNEUF OF THE POPE OLD TELEGRAPHE 2019
The Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe has been operated by the Brunier family for five generations. The vineyard, with an average age of 60 years, is located on the famous Crau plateau, the Mecca of Châteauneuf-du-Pape viticulture. This terroir marks wines of a very particular minerality, as if they had been filtered through the thick layer of rolled pebbles, left in place when the alpine glaciers melted, long before the formation of the Rhône Valley.
GEOGRAPHICAL SITUATION: stony plateau of Crau (south-east of the appellation. Intersection of the villages of Bédarrides, Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Courthézon).
AREA: 65 hectares.
SOIL AND SUB-SOIL: Miocene molasses (1 to 1,5 m deep) resting on a thick layer of clay very loaded with pebbles, and covered by the mantle of alpine diluvium, commonly called “rolled pebbles”.
GRAPES: grenache noir 65%, mourvèdre 15%, syrah 15%, cinsault, clairette and various 5%.
AGE OF THE VINES: 65 years on average.
VINIFICATION: manual harvest with double sorting in the vineyard, followed by a third sorting in the cellar, light crushing and selective destemming, traditional fermentation of 25 to 40 days in stainless steel and wooden vats at controlled temperatures. Pressing in a pneumatic press, systematic malolactic fermentation. AGING: 20/22 months in French oak barrels of 60 hectoliters. Bottling without fining or filtration. Marketed at 2 years.
PERSONALITY AND AGING: a very beautiful and elegant red Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The good years grow old 25 years and more.
100% Serine (old syrah).
Whole harvest. Schists and Micaschists in places called Semons, But de Mont, Les Bercheries, Maison Rouge, Rozier, Cote Rozier, Besset and Bodin.
Aged for twelve months: 30% in new barrels – 70% in barrels of one wine.
What a vintage in Cote Rotie! It has been a long time since I had obtained such wines. When you taste all the barrels and everything is great, it's like visualizing the color palette that a painter will use. The different localities express themselves in such a precise and beautiful way that you wonder if you are not on the greatest terroir in the world. The mica schists are capable in 2019 of producing a finesse imbued with charm and mystery, the wines exude wild blackberry, pencil lead, smoked ham, iodine: pure magic. Then on the palate, the textured sweetness blends with the natural freshness of serine when it is grown in its northern limit. This 2019 is not to be missed under any circumstances as it evokes its glorious predecessors of 1991, 1999 and 2007. I set out to discover the Cote Rotie in 1997: after 24 vintages of practice in this wonderful terroir, I believe that the slightly warmer vintages (like 2019) are fine here. Moreover, it suffices to refer to the primary and literal meaning of “Cote-Rôtie” to be convinced of this.
