Gentleman-entrepreneur in this nineteenth century who dared everything, Charles Heidsieck was a heir to Champagne carried by an immoderate taste of the challenge. He decided to found, at the age of 29 years, a House in his image: authentic, distinguished and absolutely different from others. Faithful to this spirit, his grandson Charles-Marcel creates the first Blanc de Blancs 1949, reinforcing the style of a House that is available in all varieties.

Since 2000, Xavier Gonet and his wife Julie Medeville have been taking care of a new vineyard in Champagne located in Bisseuil, between Mareuil sur Ay and Bouzy.

Champagne Gonet-Medeville is a 12 hectare property spread over 8 villages including 3 Grands Crus: Le Mesnil sur Oger, Oger and Ambonnay and 5 Premiers Crus: Mareuil sur Ay, Bisseuil, Billy Le Grand “La Varde Sud”, “La Cruzette”, Trépail “Les Barres”, “La Voie du Moulin”, Vaudemange “Les Gouas”.

Settled in Saint-Martin d'Ablois south of Epernay, the Huot are winegrowers since the 19th^es. The brand was launched in 1950 by Louis Huot, the great-grandfather of Olivier and Virginie, who in 2000 took over the 7 ha estate. the cuvée Black card  combines 80% black (60% meunier) with chardonnay. It stays well, fruity, balanced and very round.

This cuvée is composed respectively of 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier

From two families of wine growers, Anne and Philippe Gimonnet have chosen the same path as their ancestors. It is in 1986 that the first bottles of Champagne Gimonnet-Gonet are vinified. 

Since then, Anne and Philippe have had only one goal: to create champagnes of excellence.

Since 2012, their son, Charles, joined them, animated by the same passion and desire to sustain a work undertaken a few decades ago by his ancestors.

This champagne is a Brut Sans Année only composed of Chardonnays from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs. Its very fine foam reveals all its freshness, finesse and elegance.

Harvesters-Handlers, the family operates a 7 hectare vineyard, planted with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier (black grapes with white juice) and Chardonnay (white grapes) which are the three grape varieties authorized on the Champagne region.
Located on the southern slopes of Epernay, it extends over the villages of Saint-Martin d'Ablois, Vinay, Chavot and Monthelon.

The very reflection of the House's know-how, the brut Réserve Pol Roger develops the qualities specific to any great brand of Champagne: the consistency of the taste and the depth of the aromas.
Made from around thirty still wines of different vintages, grape varieties and vintages, it comes from the harmonious blend of about a third of each of the traditional components of Champagne: pinot noir, pinot meunier, chardonnay.

Maison Pol Roger is one of the last great Champagne Houses both family and independent.

Created in 1849, this institution, one of the most respected in Champagne, has forged solid commercial relations and privileged links with the English market, which remains to this day the most important of the House among the 80 countries where its wines are distributed.

Ranked among the smallest of the Grandes Maisons de Champagne in terms of volume, but among the first in terms of prestige, Maison Pol Roger has significant heritage assets to maintain and develop its indisputable reputation for quality:

- 85 ha of excellent vines superbly located on some twenty of the best terroirs of the Valleys of Epernay and the Côte des Blancs;
- additional supplies of grapes from independent winegrowers, secured by appropriate contracts, from the elite of Champagne vintages;
- cellars, with a total length of 7 km, dug on three successive levels in the chalky subsoil, (up to 35 meters underground), which are among the freshest and deepest in the region.
- a stock of 6,5 million bottles undergoing slow aging, representing around 5 years of sales.

Champagne Delamotte Brut Blanc de Blancs 75cl

Maison Delamotte is over 250 years old. It was founded in 1760, fifth in order of seniority in Champagne, by François Delamotte, owner of vines.
Installed from the start in the beautiful residence of Mesnil-sur-Oger which brings together its cellars, cellars and offices, it was taken over in 1828 by the knight Nicolas Louis Delamotte, who had organized in 1825 the magnificent festivities of the coronation of King of France Charles X.
It was in 1988 that Maison Delamotte joined the prestigious Maison Salon, both managed since 1997 by Didier Depond.

100% chardonnay of the Côte des Blancs, ample, surprising by its delicacy and at the same time its roundness nevertheless mineral. Beyond her golden gown, we look for floral scents, especially rose, and citrus, angelica, with a hint of ginger and, in the mouth, biscuity final notes and crust of bread.
