The DOMAINE GUYON scea is located in the town of Vosne Romanée.

The estate has been geared towards organic viticulture since the 2000s. To provide transparency in viticulture and winemaking techniques, the estate entered into an Ecocert accreditation process in 2009 and obtained accreditation in 2012 .

The family estate was born before the war, his grandfather and his father successively and wisely led it until his brother and himself took charge of it in the 1990s. The man knows each of his vines, often very old, on the end of his secateurs. Jean pierre guyon took over the operation on his own.

His ambition is to return to what he considers the old way of doing things: that is to say winemaking with most of the whole bunches; no addition of sulfur, if possible, until the spring following harvest.

Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Argillats is made from Pinot blanc known as Pinot “Gouges” or Pinot noir Albinos. This grape variety comes from a mutation of Pinot noir discovered in the 1930s and 40s by Henri Gouges in one of his plots.

The estate was born from the association of Pascal Brunier and his wife Christine Bonheur.
Pascal Prunier created the domain in 1983 in the commune of Auxey-Duresses, he is now based in Meursault.  operates eight hectares of vines on the Côte de Beaune. vinified and matured for the most part in barrels, the main part of his work is to favor the vines in order to offer us great chardonnay and pinot noir.

Pascal Prunier-Bonheur leads his vineyard in sustainable pest management, this estate offers 17 appellations on plots all located in Beaune Coast.

Crémant de Bourgogne Bailly Lapierre Chardonnay 75cl

The Burgundy village of Bailly is the cradle of the AOC Crémant de Bourgogne.

Chablis Grand Cru Château Grenouille la Chablisienne 2010 Magnum

Located in the heart of the Grands Crus, at the foot of the hillside of Grenouilles, the Château Grenouilles estate is an exceptional and unique ensemble in Chablis. This 7,20 ha estate in one piece, magnificently exposed to the southwest facing the village, produces the rarest of Chablis Grands Crus: Grenouilles. Coming from small selected plots of old vines, Château Grenouilles combines precision on the nose, purity of aromas on the palate, harmony between power and finesse and great final length. With a great aging capacity, it is the expression of a great wine from the Chablis region. The Château's second wine, "Le fief de Grenouilles" perfectly illustrates the style of the Grenouilles terroir. The estate has grown over the years and currently has 3,4 ha in POUILLY-FUISSÉ, 4,55 ha in SAINT-VÉRAN and 0,55 ha in MÂCON-BUSSIÈRES.
From the same terroirs as the wine 'En crèches', this one comes from vines over 50 years old. 100% vinified in barrels, 1/5 of which are new; vinified and aged for 10 months.
All work in the vineyard is carried out with respect for the vine and the soil - most often by hand.

Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume La Chablisienne 2020 75cl

Products on 13 different terroirs, located on the right bank or on the left bank of the Serein, the Chablis Premiers Crus allow to discover and understand the great Kimmeridgian soils of Chablis. From vines planted on hillsides with beautiful south-west and south-east exposures, they all have their own personality that makes each wine unique. Some Premiers Crus are fine and mineral like the Montée de Tonnerre or the Côte de Léchet, the others are more tender and fruity like the Beauroy or floral and fleshy like the Fourchaume. The Chablis Premiers Crus are at their fullest 6 at 8 years after harvest.
