Rum Trois Rivieres Cuvée de l’Océan 42° 70cl

MARTINIQUE

Trois Rivières Cuvée de l'Océan has the singular characteristic of having been made from the only juice of high sugar canes "feet in the water" on the sunny plot of Anse Trabaud, located in the extreme South Martinique (parcellisation and traceability of sugar cane).
This geographical particularity, combined with fermentation techniques specially designed by the Master Distiller, makes Trois Rivières Cuvée de l'Océan a rum with a unique taste that is characterized mainly by surprisingly mineral, iodized and saline notes.
This interesting vintage presents a totally original aromatic personality. Perfect in cocktails, it also lends itself to pure tasting. Let yourself be astonished by combining it with a tasting of seafood and shellfish ...
Trois Rivières Cuvée de l'Océan is a unique and essential rum, to taste, pure, Caribbean-inspired cocktails in Ti Punch or international cocktails such as Mojito or Daiquiri.

RUM HSE 2006 MARQUIS DE TERME FINISH 47 °

Saint-Etienne was built on the foundations of "La Maugée", a sugar refinery whose land extended at the beginning of the 400th century over more than XNUMX hectares, from Gros-Morne to Saint-Joseph. The architectural ensemble, made up of the mansion, dominating the distillery and the old workers' huts, testifies to the housing system specific to Martinique.

In 1882, Saint-Etienne was bought by Amédée Aubéry, a young captain of industry who would become one of the emblematic figures of the Martinican economy. He transformed the sugar refinery into an agricultural distillery and embarked on the modernization of infrastructure. He enlarged the factory and provided it with a magnificent façade punctuated by 28 windows with arched arches which provide optimal ventilation to the building. Railways are installed on the site of the distillery: draft animals pull wagons that transport the sugar cane. The hydraulic energy is supplied by the Lézarde river thanks to a stone canal which crosses the Creole garden.

In 1909, the property passed into the hands of the Simonnet family, who developed the activity of the distillery until its decline at the end of the 80s. The estate was bought in 1994 by Yves and José Hayot who relaunched the Saint- brand. Etienne and undertake the restoration and enhancement of the architectural heritage of the dwelling. Now listed in the supplementary inventory of historical monuments, the distillery is one of the last and most beautiful witnesses of the mastery and aesthetics of industrial architecture at the end of the XNUMXth century in Martinique. Its restoration is currently being completed.

After more than 11 years of aging, this 2006 vintage will have benefited from 10 months of finishing in French oak barrels of Château Marquis de Terme, Grand Cru Classé of Margaux.

White rum neisson l spirit bio martinique 70 cl 70°

NEISSON WHITE RUM L’ESPRIT BIO MARTINIQUE 70 CL 70°

In 1932,
The Neisson brothers set up their distillery in Le Carbet, on the North Caribbean coast of Martinique. Jean, a chemical engineer by training, will devote his professional life to improving distillation techniques. Very early, his talent will be recognized by the many awards gleaned at international fairs and the famous bottle
Zepol'Kare (with square shoulders) will therefore become synonymous with a high quality rum.
In 2020,
The descendants of Jean, Claudine then her son Grégory, took up the family torch. With a know-how rooted in their genes, they are committed to living with the times while respecting nature.

In this spirit, the transition to organic farming was obvious. Land conversion began in 2013 and in 2016 the first AOC Martinique organic rum was offered to amateurs. Gradually, all the land, more than 40 ha, will experience the same evolution.

Progress does not stop at the edge of the cane fields. After years of research, Neisson uses its own strains of native yeasts, selected from those naturally present on the canes of the distillery. Reasoned choice of crop varieties for their adaptation to the typology of each plot, control of watering to save water, efficient treatment of effluents: everything today contributes to the production of exceptional agricultural rums in harmony with the ecosystem of the Neisson lands.

WHITE RUM BAY OF TREASURES FULL SUN 70CL 54°
WHITE RUM BAY OF TREASURES FULL SUN 70CL 54°

The Exploitation Agricole du Galion, founded in 1849, is a major player in the sugar production of Martinique. Since the beginning, it has supplied sugar cane to the Galion factory, which is the last sugar refinery still in operation on the island. Its history is truly one with that of Martinique, through the technical innovations, crises and economic booms that have followed one another for nearly two centuries.
The Exploitation Agricole de Galion owns and cultivates 500 hectares of sugar cane. It manages, if we add its lease contracts with small planters, nearly 750 hectares, which makes it the leading producer in Martinique with an average of 25 to 000 tonnes of cane harvested directly each year, and between 30 and 000 tonnes of cane harvested by small growers, or around 5% of the island's total production.
In the past, the company has already produced rum, in particular the Grand Arôme, but the new brand Baie des Trésors is of a completely different nature: It is now a question of the Exploitation Agricole du Galion creating and developing a range of exceptional rums. This project is nourished by a long-term vision: to produce grands crus of rum based on lands of excellence, proven know-how and a constant search for innovation in ageing.

It is a small, somewhat secluded and well sheltered bay, at the end of the Caravelle peninsula, popular with hikers and lovers of the beautiful nature of Martinique. This perfectly preserved little corner of paradise is called Baie du Trésor. A legend says that a treasure from an old shipwreck would hide under its waters. But other treasures, very real, are on the peninsula and around. These are all these small plots, all different and all wonderful, where cane has been grown for more than 170 years. They are the ones who give birth to

This fragmented agricultural white rum reveals wild and fresh tones. Baie des Trésors Plein Soleil opens with astonishing notes of rose, lychee and lemony citrus.
