The 15 hectare vineyard is planted in terraces surrounded by dry stone walls called “clapas”, nestled at an altitude of 350 meters at the foot of the Larzac plateau. Protected by the causse, the vineyard is naturally irrigated by the sources of Larzac. The surrounding biodiversity, the work of the soil and the use of organic products allow them to cultivate the vines with respect for nature. The plots benefit from an eastern exposure for half and west for the rest. This "under-exposure" gives the wines a freshness and a fruity tension very specific to the terroir of this valley. Their quest is to give birth to digestible and elegant wines on the Terrasses du Larzac. On a vineyard of 45 years of average age of vines, this area exclusively from southern grape varieties: Grenache and Carignan for the majority of blends for the reds, Syrah and Cinsault. For the whites, the old vines of Carignan and Terret Bourret are associated with Grenache Blanc.

Old Carignans in goblets are the soul of the wine, they bring freshness. The opulence comes from Grenache, topped with aromas of fruits and flowers of old Cinsault and Syrah. This wine with a southern accent highlights the grape varieties of Languedoc. Its gourmet flesh and its accents of garrigue go perfectly with simmered dishes and southern cuisine.
