IGP HERAULT MOULIN DE GASSAC WHITE FAUNA 2022 75CL
At the start of the 90s, the Guibert family took on a new challenge: to create a collection of more accessible wines. The accidental discovery of great terroirs on the Villeveyrac amphitheater site in the Hérault, will give rise to a unique partnership with the winegrowers of the Villeveyrac cellar, a partnership that continues today. Therefore, the Mas de Daumas Gassac affirms the requirement of a signature: Moulin de Gassac. This family of wines was created in 1991 , the result of plot selection involving around thirty winegrowers.
For more than 30 years, the authentic production approach has never ceased to drive the search for quality in this vineyard. On 250 hectares, all the plots are subject to a Specifications ambitious: selection of vines according to terroir, low yields, vinification by plot in dedicated vats, 100% of vines in mating confusion (this biological control having led to the complete cessation of treatments against grape worm in Villeveyrac), etc.

IGP COTES DE GASCOGNE BLANDOMAINE DE CASSAIGNE 2022 75 CL
Variety: Big manseng, colombard
A wine that pays homage to his descendants:
Heart, panache and nobility are the terms used by Henri Faget, current owner of the Château de Cassaigne, to describe this exceptional heritage. The heart of men, the panache of winegrowers and the nobility of the terroir are found in this great wine.
Very nice terroir with outcropping limestone. The establishment of white grape varieties, chosen according to an analysis of the deep structure of the soil, is reserved for the deeper areas of the Château, on clay-limestone. These cooler plots make it possible to avoid excessive water stress and hinder the production of the typical aromas of Gascony.

The Domaine de Laballe is a unique property nestled on the border of Landes and Gers.
The vineyard is located on a singular, rare and small area, called Sables fauves, soil recognized in Armagnac for bringing freshness and minerality.
The Laballe estate has been in the Laudet family since the purchase of the property by Jean Dominique in 1820. Today it is the 8th generation, represented by Cyril and his wife Julie, who takes care of the estate.
From the work of the vine and the soil, through vinification to ageing, everything is done to extract as much as possible of the typicity of this unique terroir.
By respecting the heritage and traditions of his family, Cyril today produces unique and identity wines.
