 OF FAVERI

The Prosecco De Faveri is the fruit of the pure Italian tradition of quality wine. On the hills of the province of Treviso, protected by the Dolomites and caressed by the sweetness of the winds coming from the Adriatic side, is born a purely Venetian product that our company produces with passion. Thanks to its experience, the De Faveri company has for many years been processing the yellow-gold grains of Prosecco grapes, expertly mixing them with the aromas and flavors of the Verdisio, Perera and Bianchetta grape varieties, to create a unique product that will charm both the palace and the senses. In one glass, the Prosecco De Faveri contains the knowledge, the knowledge and the taste of ancient traditions.

Varietal:NEBBIOLO

Located between the municipalities of La Morra and Barolo, Cerequio is considered one of the most prestigious crus of Barolo. A magnificent amphitheater of vines where soils, exposure and microclimate combine to create exceptional Barolos. "Position of choice", as Lorenzo Fantini described it in 1880, author of the first monograph on viticulture in the province of Cuneo, it was included among the "Top Category" wines by Renato Ratti, in the famous Mappa del Barolo published in 1965, the basis of the current classification in MGA, or Supplementary Geographical Definitions, which designates this area as having "absolute prestige".

Due to its geographical position, protected from the winds, Cerequio is nicknamed the “Riviera of the Langhe”. Here, Michele Chiarlo manages nine hectares of vineyards in Nebbiolo da Barolo, around 6 of which were acquired in 1988 from an estate that had cultivated them for more than two centuries without interruption.

lambrusco reggiano pettirosso dolce 75cl

LAMBRUSCO REGGIANO DOLCE PETTIROSSO

Lambrusco consists exclusively of the Lambrusco grape variety. The grapes are placed in tanks for fermentation.
Winegrowers do not wait until all the sugar is turned into alcohol to bottle the Lambrusco. Once locked, these residual sugars cause a second fermentation.
This gives a naturally sweet and slightly beading wine.

With its red dress and fine bubbles, the Lambrusco surprises.
Produced in the north of Italy, in the great plains of Emilie around Modena, this cuvée Pettirosso (Rouge Gorge) is a sweet wine (Dolce) slightly sparkling (frizzante).

BURBERO MONTEPULCIANO D'ABRUZZO VENEA 2020 75CL
 BURBERO MONTEPULCIANO D'ABRUZZO VENEA 2020 75CL

grape: Montepulciano

Venea is a very young estate, founded in 2010, which extends over just over 20 hectares, near the town of Fossaccesia in Abruzzo. Venea is above all a story of love and friendship. For the Paolucci family, owners of the estate, “love” of nature is part of life. Out of gratitude for her generosity and with deep care and respect for nature, they strive to build a lasting and mutual relationship. They want to pass on this love to future generations.

Abruzzo is located between sea, hill and mountain in central Italy. A wine-growing region since Antiquity, this mountainous region therefore has all the conditions necessary for growing vines. Its climate is Mediterranean with hot summers and dry and humid winters. Nevertheless, rainfall is more abundant and temperatures are lower than in some other Italian wine regions. In these climatic conditions, the grapes give birth to quality wines, light and suitably acidic.

On the Montepulciano D'Abruzzo DOC appellation -clay soil near Fossacesia- the "Burbero" cuvée is a young red wine, sweet and fruity with aromas of red berries and violets while the "Vestigo" cuvée has an aromatic nose with scents of red fruits, vanilla and chocolate. As for the palate, there are complex notes of red fruits and plum, vanilla, spices, black olive, tobacco and chocolate.

Gaetano Bertani is the great-grandson of one of the two founding brothers of the Bertani family.

Gaetano, and his sons, Giovanni and Guglielmo, uphold the family tradition and philosophy. During the last quarter of the century, Gaetano Bertani has become one of the first winemakers in Italy to use high density planting methods, applying internationally recognized production techniques and creating standards of excellence that expresses a delicate balance between the classic "The Bertani Family Style" and the latest advances in wine technology.

Currently, Gaetano Bertani's holdings are made up of estates and vineyards in three different valleys of the Territory of Verona - Valpolicella, the Illasi valley and the Valpantena - with two main sites of winemaking activity, including winemaking , aging and bottling at the estate of Colognola ai Colli and at the villa of Negrar, Valpolicella.

Now in its sixth generation, the Bertani company continues in the tradition of one of the oldest winemaking families in Italy, with a solidly established history of excellence and the expertise born from unremitting efforts through the centuries to combine passion and skill with the power of the past.

In Arbizzano di Negrar in the Classica region, with a harvest following that of Amarone, the Valpolicella grapes are harvested by hand in mid-October. The grapes are pressed, cold macerated and fermented for about 25-30 days at a controlled temperature with daily punching. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to large oak barrels where the malolactic fermentation takes place. After 12 months of aging, it is finally bottled.

GULFI ROSSOJBLEO ROSSO 2019 75CL
GULFI ROSSOJBLEO ROSSO 2021

Grape variety: Néro D'avola
Production: Sicily

The GULFI company has eliminated the use of all forms of chemical fertilization and only uses manure or grows legumes in the vineyard to enrich the soil with nitrogen.
The dry and warm microclimate of south-eastern Sicily also protects the vineyards from insects and mold without having to resort to insecticides or pesticides.
The choice of these vines depends on two factors. GULFI has chosen tradition to preserve and enhance the Sicilian wine heritage over time. GULFI chooses quality, because the native Sicilian vines have demonstrated their ability to produce excellent wines, typical of the region, adapting, for centuries, to the unusual and unique Sicilian territory.

The most common is Nero d'Avola, a vine that produces naturally warm and very fragrant wines, used in the past to improve weak and sour wines from other countries. The other native vines cultivated by GULFI are: Frappato, Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Carricante and Albanello, grape varieties which, alone or blended, give birth to GULFI wines.

Chardonnay has adapted well to the Sicilian soil climate in areas with high temperature variability and without excessive heat, such as medium to high hills and the slopes of Etna. Under these conditions, it matures gradually, improving its complexity and enriching the variety of its aromas.

Carricante, a rare vine native to Etna, is widespread at the highest altitudes of the volcano and in the region of Ragusa where it is in contact with other local vines such as Albanello. Late variety, cultivated like a small tree and correctly vinified, it produces white wines of great stature, with a fresh and complex nose of apple, orange blossom and anise, as well as a typical acidity that gives it structure. and longevity.

The grapes, harvested in early September, are vinified in steel vats, where they can rest briefly. The wine is bottled in the spring following the harvest, after malolactic fermentation, and left to age for a few months in the bottle before being put on the market.
