In 2015, Teeling was the first distillery to be built in Dublin for more than 125 years. It is this heritage of Dublin, known for producing triple distilled whiskeys from unmalted barley, that the Teeling brothers have decided to pay homage with this Single Pot Still.

Made from 50% unmalted barley and 50% malted barley, triple distilled, the future whiskey was then placed in three different casks: new oak casks, ex-sherry casks and ex-Bourbon casks .

An elegant, very fruity result, with surprising notes of toasted almonds and maple syrup for its young age.

Aged in Mizunara oak barrels.
Mizunara is known for its rarity and the difficulty in working its tight grain into barrels. Spirits aged in this type of oak acquire unique and original flavors. Aging takes place in Tottori Prefecture in a natural environment where temperatures vary widely from season to season. It is then diluted with high quality natural spring water from Mont Daisen.
