Aged four years in oak casks, Michel Couvreur's The Unique Whiskey is a blend of grain whiskeys that has been reduced to 44% alcohol with Pentland Hills water. Michel Couvreur imports water from Loch Katherine to reduce his whiskeys.
The nose of blended grain whiskey The unique Whiskey is herbaceous but also expresses notes of dried fruit, reminiscent of the influence of sherry casks in which the whiskey has aged. The mouth has the same character, the finish is short and clean.

Blend of two unpeated French malt distillates, housed in three types of barrels: a large majority having contained very old cognacs, new French oak barrels from Limousin and new American oak barrels.
The blend is then aged in barrels that have contained very old cognacs, then married with a slightly peated French malt before finishing in the same barrels until the aromatic palette is perfectly balanced.
Whiskey Twelve Almandine single malt 48° 50cl
It was in Laguiole, a small town in Aubrac in northern Aveyron at an altitude of 1000 meters, that the twelve friends decided to found their own whiskey distillery. They installed the brewery and the still in the old presbytery of the village: the Presbytery of the Angels. Shortly after, they transformed the former Laguiole convent into an aging cellar.
The presbytery was reinforced more than 300 years ago on the hillsides from the stones of the defensive fort of Laguiole. From there there is a panoramic view which will allow you to admire the main high points of Aubrac and which will offer you an unobstructed view of the village.Reminder of the volcanic origin of the region, very beautiful basalt organs border the Presbytery. The presbytery was occupied until 2004. Risking abandonment, the place seemed obvious to the 12 friends who set up the brewery and distillery there. Some aging barrels can be found in the attic and in the cellar of the presbytery.
Aging 36 months in a humid cellar, Aged in different barrels of rums, of different sizes and ages
French Rye Whisky, this 100% rye whiskey is distilled in Brittany at Warenghem to LANNION. It is aged there for 3 years in barrels, then for 2 years in Provence under the roof of a sheet metal cellar, thus benefiting from the extreme thermal amplitudes which give it its aromatic richness.
This whiskey was born from the collaboration between David Roussier, from the Warenghem distillery and Guillaume Ferroni, creator of bars and great lover of spirits.
