From two families of wine growers, Anne and Philippe Gimonnet have chosen the same path as their ancestors. It is in 1986 that the first bottles of Champagne Gimonnet-Gonet are vinified. 

Since then, Anne and Philippe have had only one goal: to create champagnes of excellence. 

Since 2012, their son, Charles, joined them, animated by the same passion and desire to sustain a work undertaken a few decades ago by his ancestors.

This champagne is a Brut Sans Année only composed of Chardonnays from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs. Oiry, Chouilly, Oger, Cramant, Le Mesnil sur Oger Its very fine foam reveals all its freshness, finesse and elegance.

The brand was launched in 1950 by Louis Huot, the great-grandfather of Olivier and Virginie, who in 2000 took over the 7 ha estate. the cuvée Black card  combines 80% black (60% meunier) with chardonnay. It stays well, fruity, balanced and very round.
