CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER SPECIAL CUVEE 75CL
Champagne Bollinger Special Cuvée 75cl

It is the British agent of Georges Bollinger who blows him, in 1911, the name of Special Cuvée - in English and without accent. Indeed, he finds the expression "Brut sans année" inappropriate for a champagne of such subtlety ... More than a hundred years later, the name of the champagne emblematic of the know-how Bollinger still contains all its history.

CHAMPAGNE CHARLES HEIDSIECK BLANC DE BLANCS BOX 2 FLUTES
CHAMPAGNE CHARLES HEIDSIECK BLANC DE BLANCS BOX 2 FLUTES

Charles Heidsieck House was one of the first Champagne Houses to realize his passion for Chardonnays by developing a Blanc de Blancs from the 1949 vintage. There are also some stories about the existence of Côte des Blancs mono-crus produced by Charles Heidsieck in 1906 ... Through this vintage relaunched in 2018, two know-how of the House meet: that of elaborating great white wines as well as the art of assembling a great selection of wines from years and di erent terroirs. The challenge, of size, is to make coexist opposites: the tension and the freshness of the young chardonnays on the one hand; the silky and patina "Charles" of the other.

Gentleman-entrepreneur in this nineteenth century who dared everything, Charles Heidsieck was a heir to Champagne carried by an immoderate taste of the challenge. He decided to found, at the age of 29 years, a House in his image: authentic, distinguished and absolutely different from others. Faithful to this spirit, his grandson Charles-Marcel creates the first Blanc de Blancs 1949, reinforcing the style of a House that is available in all varieties.

BRIGANDAT BLANC DE BLANCS CHAMPAGNE 2018

Cuvée BelleS Bulles

100% CHARDONNAY

Channes, in Aube, is the southernmost village in Champagne, on the borders of the Yonne and the Côte-d'Or. Pierre Brigandat replanted there from 1960 a well exposed hillside and revived with his wife Élyette the small farm of his grandfather abandoned. Their son Bertrand, who joined them in 1993, has been following a biodynamic approach without certification since 2000.

The Champagne Pierre Brigandat estate uses the traditional Champagne-type vinification method. The grapes are then vinified in stainless steel tanks. The estate proceeds to undergrowth vinification in oak barrels for all or part of the cuvées it produces.

CHAMPAGNE RUINART BOX 2 BOTTLES 75 CL

Description of the wine
Everything is fresh and balanced in "R" Ruinart. Its beautiful proportions: 40% Chardonnay, 50% 55 Pinot Noir, 5% 10 Pinot Meunier. Her dress: yellow with golden hues. Its brilliance: crystalline.

On the nose: fine and fruity. There are aromas of pear with clear flesh and dried fruits - hazelnut, almond. Then notes of white flowers, escorted by aromas of pastries and buttered brioche.

On the palate, in its dominant freshness, it harmoniously combines tactile roundness and persistent length.
Details House
Nicolas Ruinard, nephew of Dom Thierry decides to realize the dream of his uncle and his father. It benefits from a royal decree which authorizes the transport of champagne wine in bottles and inaugurates the 1er September 1729 the Maison Ruinart, the first Champagne House. He sends his first bottles to former customers who buy sheets and favors outgoing ports and boats. Success is at the rendezvous and from 1735, the production of champagne becomes the only activity of the Maison Ruinart.

Over the centuries, Maison Ruinart has cultivated excellence as a way of life. The successive heirs of Nicolas Ruinart have placed quality, authenticity and refinement at the center of the production of champagne wine. Thus, they perpetuated the vision of Dom Thierry Ruinart, the first inspirer of their art. In 1959, the historic Dom Ruinart cuvée is specially created in homage to the clairvoyance of this founding father.

Champagne charles heidsieck brut reserve 75cl box 2 flutes

Champagne Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve 75cl Box 2 flutes

It is with its raw reserve that the House expresses the quintessence of its style.
Particularly recognizable, this vintage is the result of a unique blend summarized in an equation: 60/40/10.

60: The number of vintages entering a demanding, tight and tailor-made assembly.
The wines of the year, in proportion to one third for each grape variety (Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir), are vinified vintage by vintage, grape variety by grape variety, in stainless steel vats.
40: A high proportion of 40% reserve wines, equally between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, ensures the beautiful complexity and deliciousness of Brut Réserve.
10: The average age of reserve wines, exceptional in Champagne. Coming from the best vintages of great years, the wines placed in reserve are kept in vats for between 5 and 15 years, or even longer. A maturation time essential to their finesse and aromatic fullness.

Champagne Dom Pérignon 2012 Magnum Box

Champagne Dom Pérignon 2012 Magnum Box

Details Domain

Spanning more than 1 hectares of terroir as beautiful as it is diverse, the Moët et Chandon estate is the largest and most prestigious in Champagne, present in 000 of the region's 200 crus.

In 1446, Jean and Nicolas Moët were ennobled by King Charles VII. A lineage was born which would later give its name to the most beautiful saga in the history of champagne. One of the descendants of the Moët brothers, Claude Moët, a wine merchant in Epernay since the beginning of the 18th century, founded Maison Moët in 1743.

His grandson, Jean Rémy Moët, a pioneering and visionary spirit, will transform this trading company into the first international luxury brand, which for more than 2 and a half centuries has embodied and shared with the whole world the genius of champagne.

Since 1743, Moët & Chandon has been producing the most popular champagne wines in the world. The quality of its wines expresses all the richness and diversity of its fabulous vineyard, the largest and prestigious estate in Champagne, made up mainly of Premiers and Grands Crus. Wines of happiness with a seductive and generous personality, which are distinguished by bright fruitiness, tasty substance and elegant maturity.

Faithful to the ambition of Jean-Rémy, who believed more than anyone in the power of seduction and the magic of champagne, Moët & Chandon is more than ever today a symbol of pleasure, splendor and fabulous parties.

Comments

If legend has made the Benedictine monk Pierre Pérignon (1638-1715) the father of champagne, the LVMH group has promoted the image to perfection. Moët & Chandon has produced the most famous sparkling wine under this brand since 1936. In recent years, the production volume of “Dom Pé” has continued to grow, although the number of bottles produced remains one of the best-kept industrial secrets.

Its ethereal effervescence, its great finesse of texture, its tasty toasted taste can be interpreted, as can the balance between the elegance of chardonnay (around 60%) and the depth of pinot noir of great origins. Quality grapes are indeed necessary to achieve this regular style of champagne. A high oenological technique is for all that. Dom Pérignon is often drunk too young, while its aromas gain refinement with age.
