Champagne Delamotte Brut 75cl

Maison Delamotte is over 250 years old. It was founded in 1760, fifth in order of seniority in Champagne, by François Delamotte, owner of vines.

Installed from the start in the beautiful residence of Mesnil-sur-Oger which brings together its cellars, cellars and offices, it was taken over in 1828 by the knight Nicolas Louis Delamotte, who had organized in 1825 the magnificent festivities of the coronation of King of France Charles X.

It was in 1988 that Maison Delamotte joined the prestigious Maison Salon, both managed since 1997 by Didier Depond.

Delamotte champagne is well known for sublimating the noble grape variety Chardonnay. The sparkling wines they produce are subtle, fragrant and airy. Their vivacity and their great delicacy allow them to invite themselves to your aperitifs as to your gastronomic meals. History of the domain Founded in 1760, this great champagne house produces wines of a constant quality. Associated with the prestigious Champagne Salon, Delamotte shares the same team, the same cellar master and the same ambitions, producing a champagne of keeping, elegant and lively.

Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Oger are the favorite land of Chardonnay. This tender variety, confronted in the Côte des Blancs with a tormented soil, finds here the perfect combination so that its freshness and its complexity are maintained in longevity.

100% chardonnay of the Côte des Blancs, ample, surprising by its delicacy and at the same time its roundness nevertheless mineral. Beyond her golden gown, we look for floral scents, especially rose, and citrus, angelica, with a hint of ginger and, in the mouth, biscuity final notes and crust of bread.

Domain Details
As early as the 1920 years, Camille Moutardier made her own champagne in the Surmelin Valley. These supplies are supplemented by purchases of grapes.

Comments
The wine is airy! The nose offers notes impregnated with bread, wood, brioche. The mouth is accentuated by a salinity appreciated. A straight and straight line, the wine is tapered and keeps an aromatic harmony on this same frame.

GIMONNET GONET CUVEE ORIGIN BRUT CHAMPAGNE 75CL

Champagne Gimonnet Gonet Cuvée Origine Brut 75cl

From two families of wine growers, Anne and Philippe Gimonnet have chosen the same path as their ancestors. It is in 1986 that the first bottles of Champagne Gimonnet-Gonet are vinified.

Since then, Anne and Philippe have had only one goal: to create champagnes of excellence.

Since 2012, their son, Charles, joined them, animated by the same passion and desire to sustain a work undertaken a few decades ago by his ancestors.

This champagne is a Brut Sans Année only composed of Chardonnays from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs. Its very fine foam reveals all its freshness, finesse and elegance.

This wine is airy and the citrus notes are particularly present at the end of the mouth. An ideal wine for an aperitif.

Comments

Made up of 100% Chardonnay, the Blanc de Blancs Vintage vintage is aged for an average of 5 years on its lees and also benefits from a minimum rest period of 6 months after disgorging in order to perfect its maturity.

Details House
In 1776 are born the Louis Roederer champagnes, two and a half centuries later Louis Roederer is still an independent family house.

Covering more than two-thirds of its grape needs, Louis Roederer can pride himself on the rare privilege of being a proprietor's Champagne mastering all the typicities of his exceptional terroir, when most other Houses must buy their raw material or use subcontractors.

Aware that the quality of his wines depended mainly on the quality of his grapes, Louis Roederer uncompromisingly applies a "château policy" consisting in offering only wines of the highest quality, assuming the rarity involved.

CHAMPAGNE RUINART WHITE WHITE 75 CL

CHAMPAGNE RUINART Blanc de Blancs GIFT BOX 75 CL

Description of the wine
The nose is intensely fruity. Citrus fruits (lemon, citron ...) and exotic fruits (pineapple, passion fruit ...) are blooming here. Then come touches of flowers (jasmine) and fleshy fruits (white peach, pink berry). Accurate, clean, the wine develops a subtle balance between roundness and suppleness in the mouth.
Details House
Nicolas Ruinard, nephew of Dom Thierry decides to realize the dream of his uncle and his father. It benefits from a royal decree which authorizes the transport of champagne wine in bottles and inaugurates the 1er September 1729 the Maison Ruinart, the first Champagne House. He sends his first bottles to former customers who buy sheets and favors outgoing ports and boats. Success is at the rendezvous and from 1735, the production of champagne becomes the only activity of the Maison Ruinart.

Over the centuries, Maison Ruinart has cultivated excellence as a way of life. The successive heirs of Nicolas Ruinart have placed quality, authenticity and refinement at the center of the production of champagne wine. Thus, they perpetuated the vision of Dom Thierry Ruinart, the first inspirer of their art. In 1959, the historic Dom Ruinart cuvée is specially created in homage to the clairvoyance of this founding father.

CHAMPAGNE POL ROGER 75 CL

Comments
The very reflection of the House's know-how, the brut Réserve Pol Roger develops the qualities specific to any great brand of Champagne: the consistency of the taste and the depth of the aromas.
Made from around thirty still wines of different vintages, grape varieties and vintages, it comes from the harmonious blend of about a third of each of the traditional components of Champagne: pinot noir, pinot meunier, chardonnay.
Details House
Maison Pol Roger is one of the last great Champagne Houses both family and independent.

Created in 1849, this institution, one of the most respected in Champagne, has forged solid commercial relations and privileged links with the English market, which remains to this day the most important of the House among the 80 countries where its wines are distributed.

Ranked among the smallest of the Grandes Maisons de Champagne in terms of volume, but among the first in terms of prestige, Maison Pol Roger has significant heritage assets to maintain and develop its indisputable reputation for quality:

- 85 ha of excellent vines superbly located on some twenty of the best terroirs of the Valleys of Epernay and the Côte des Blancs;
- additional supplies of grapes from independent winegrowers, secured by appropriate contracts, from the elite of Champagne vintages;
- cellars, with a total length of 7 km, dug on three successive levels in the chalky subsoil, (up to 35 meters underground), which are among the freshest and deepest in the region.
- a stock of 6,5 million bottles undergoing slow aging, representing around 5 years of sales.
