Champagne Delamotte Brut Blanc de Blancs 75cl

Maison Delamotte is over 250 years old. It was founded in 1760, fifth in order of seniority in Champagne, by François Delamotte, owner of vines.
Installed from the start in the beautiful residence of Mesnil-sur-Oger which brings together its cellars, cellars and offices, it was taken over in 1828 by the knight Nicolas Louis Delamotte, who had organized in 1825 the magnificent festivities of the coronation of King of France Charles X.
It was in 1988 that Maison Delamotte joined the prestigious Maison Salon, both managed since 1997 by Didier Depond.

100% chardonnay of the Côte des Blancs, ample, surprising by its delicacy and at the same time its roundness nevertheless mineral. Beyond her golden gown, we look for floral scents, especially rose, and citrus, angelica, with a hint of ginger and, in the mouth, biscuity final notes and crust of bread.

Wood is a noble and dynamic substance. Aging in barrels gives this Champagne precision, straightness and generosity, accompanied by an aromatic potential constantly rich in pleasant surprises.

Aging in 40hl oak barrels during 12 months

Settled in Saint-Martin d'Ablois south of Epernay, the Huot are winegrowers since the 19th^es. The brand was launched in 1950 by Louis Huot, the great-grandfather of Olivier and Virginie, who took over in 2009. The vintage Grand Boisé combines 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir.  

Gentleman-entrepreneur in this nineteenth century who dared everything, Charles Heidsieck was a heir to Champagne carried by an immoderate taste of the challenge. He decided to found, at the age of 29 years, a House in his image: authentic, distinguished and absolutely different from others. Faithful to this spirit, his grandson Charles-Marcel creates the first Blanc de Blancs 1949, reinforcing the style of a House that is available in all varieties.

CHAMPAGNE RUINART Blanc de Blancs GIFT BOX 75 CL

Description of the wine

The nose is intensely fruity. Citrus fruits (lemon, citron ...) and exotic fruits (pineapple, passion fruit ...) are blooming here. Then come touches of flowers (jasmine) and fleshy fruits (white peach, pink berry). Accurate, clean, the wine develops a subtle balance between roundness and suppleness in the mouth.

Nicolas Ruinard, nephew of Dom Thierry decides to realize the dream of his uncle and his father. It benefits from a royal decree which authorizes the transport of champagne wine in bottles and inaugurates the 1er September 1729 the Maison Ruinart, the first Champagne House. He sends his first bottles to former customers who buy sheets and favors outgoing ports and boats. Success is at the rendezvous and from 1735, the production of champagne becomes the only activity of the Maison Ruinart.

Over the centuries, Maison Ruinart has cultivated excellence as a way of life. The successive heirs of Nicolas Ruinart have placed quality, authenticity and refinement at the center of the production of champagne wine. Thus, they perpetuated the vision of Dom Thierry Ruinart, the first inspirer of their art. In 1959, the historic Dom Ruinart cuvée is specially created in homage to the clairvoyance of this founding father.

Since 2000, Xavier Gonet and his wife Julie Medeville have been taking care of a new vineyard in Champagne located in Bisseuil, between Mareuil sur Ay and Bouzy.

Champagne Gonet-Medeville is a 12 hectare property spread over 8 villages including 3 Grands Crus: Le Mesnil sur Oger, Oger and Ambonnay and 5 Premiers Crus: Mareuil sur Ay, Bisseuil, Billy Le Grand “La Varde Sud”, “La Cruzette”, Trépail “Les Barres”, “La Voie du Moulin”, Vaudemange “Les Gouas”.

Harvesters-Handlers, the family operates a 7 hectare vineyard, planted with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier (black grapes with white juice) and Chardonnay (white grapes) which are the three grape varieties authorized on the Champagne region.
Located on the southern slopes of Epernay, it extends over the villages of Saint-Martin d'Ablois, Vinay, Chavot and Monthelon.

Since 2000, Xavier Gonet and his wife Julie Medeville have been taking care of a new vineyard in Champagne located in Bisseuil, between Mareuil sur Ay and Bouzy.

The perfect blend of 3 Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Harvesting manipulating.

Settled in Saint-Martin d'Ablois south of Epernay, the Huot are winegrowers since the 19th^es. The brand was launched in 1950 by Louis Huot, the great-grandfather of Olivier and Virginie, who took over in 2009.The vintage Black card  combines 80% black (60% meunier) with chardonnay. It stays well, fruity, balanced and very round.
