Picpoul de Pinet 2023 Domaine Félines Jourdan 75cl
100% Piquepoul grape variety
Domaine Félines Jourdan has belonged to the Jourdan family since 1983. Winegrowers for several generations in the Languedoc.
Anchored on the edge of the Bassin de Thau, on the Mediterranean coast in Languedoc, a few meters from the sea, the vines are bathed in sea spray.
It is a particular terroir, with a cooler climate than Languedoc, ideal for fresh white wines and fruity reds; and in particular for the Picpoul de Pinet. The wines are vinified and aged in thermos-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve all the fruity aromas of the wines.
A nice dry and fresh wine to accompany your seafood.
Languedoc Blanc Eolienne Domaine Mas d’Espanet 2021 75cl
Located between Uzès and Sommières in Languedoc, the estate is in the Lens massif nestled in the middle of the scrubland.
Following the tradition of generations of winegrowers, winegrowers and distillers, Denys moved to Mas d'Espanet in 1980.
Everything has to be done on the abandoned estate, safeguarding the old vines of red Languedoc grape varieties (grenache, carignan, cinsault), planting
white grape varieties (white and gray grenache, sauvignon, viogner, clairette, picpoul, chenin) then non-existent chosen according to the terroir and the favorites.
In 1999 the cellar was restored, the old sheepfolds were transformed into a barrel cellar and 20 ha were vinified.

Manual picking (sorting of the harvest in the vineyard), direct pressing, vinified in 50 hl tuns on the lees..

The Domaine des Grecaux is located in Saint-Jean-de-Fos, near the Hérault gorges, in Languedoc.
After a long stay abroad, Sophie and Arnaud Sandras have chosen, since 2010, to settle down on the pretty terroirs of this estate created in 1999.
The Domaine's 7 hectares of vines are located in the communes of Montpeyroux, Aniane and Lagamas. All plots are cultivated as naturally as possible, using organic farming methods (under Ecocert certification).
Syrah grape varieties 75%. Grenache 25% Both grape varieties come from high altitude vines (300m) located on the Causse overlooking Montpeyroux.

This wine is made from grapes from the Domaine and others purchased on foot in the near vicinity of La Londe.
Vinification: De-stemmed, crushed, cooled, the harvest is pressed in a direct pneumatic press, low pressure. Fermentation and static static settling in stainless steel vats heated during 15 at 20 days at 17 ° C. Maturing on fine lees, filtration and bottling in February.
Tasting notes: Her dress is pale salmon, limpid and shiny. The nose expresses notes of citrus and red berries. A nice attack on the palate, supple and fresh with notes of grapefruit and apricot on the finish.
Food and wine associations: To be served on Mediterranean and multi-spice cuisines (tajines, curry ...)
